The hotel has a great location, you walk about 10-15 minutes to the main pier of the Island. The pool area is big, with enough loungers and the pool had an okay temperature (could be a little colder to be refreshing) They also have a beach area with a few loungers, right by the hotel. A little shop to buy snacks and a great coffee bar right in the same building. Breakfast was also nice, nice views but you don't have a big choice, there was a live egg station which was a bonus

the rooms are quite run down, especially the bathroom. It's fine for one night. The bathroom didn't smell great, I read that the Island in general has a sewage problem. But for the price you pay you shouldn't expect too much.

We arrived having booked, and having been confirmed a queen bed, but we were given two singles on arrival. I spoke with the manager who was rude and said this was not agreed and there was no large bed on the first evening. He refused to apologize and was blunt in his response when being asked why it was confirmed. Shame as the hotel is situated wonderfully on the beach and the pool is lovely.

The resort is beautiful - right by the beach. The pool is lovely, I love swimming in a pool with a view of the beach. The staff are always helpful & super nice!!

We didn’t stay in a villa, we stayed in the deluxe rooms & the sound of the wind was absolutely insane. Little wind sounds through the room, it sounded like the structure could not handle the wind so many building sounds (banging, knocking etc). It didn’t appear windy elsewhere but as soon as we’d go to our rooms it honestly sounded insane and woke me up multiple times. The wind cannot be controlled I understand that I think the building needs to be double checked!

Great location a short walk from the main hustle and bustle of Phi Phi. Lovely breakfast and really nice pool. Staff were amazing.

A few cushions on the balcony furniture would be nice.

The location is wonderful. It has access to the beach, in a quiet area but still in walking distance for restaurants and parties. The pool was great, with a view to the beach. staff was really kind and helpful. You can rent kayaks at the hotel for a great price. Tasty breakfast too. Rooms seemed clean. Overall we tried three different hotels across the island and this one was the better one among them.

We stayed in two different rooms during our stay- the villa and the bungalow. The villa was a lot nicer. more spacious with a bigger bed, and overall seemed like it was maintained better. However the mattress in the villa wasn’t comfortable at all. Felt worn out.

The property on the surface looks amazing, it has a lovely pool and is right by the sea front. Reception staff were good and very helpful however, the bedroom was a slight let down. The balcony overlooked a heap of rubbish not the views we were originally sold. This rubbish did lead to an unpleasant smell. There are a lot of hidden costs initially, 1000baht when you arrive as a deposit for example which was not outlined when booking, leaving me to have to go and find an ATM before getting into my room. This being said, if you want to relax by a lovely pool, or take a walk down on a sandy beach - this is the place to do so. The location is quiet, but stumbling distance from all the bars and restaurants. The best thing I found was the option to hire a private long tail boat trip, which is attached to the Hotel reception - this was a perfect, private thing for a couple to do on holiday.

It was an alchohol free resort but they did allow you to buy from the shop and bring back to the resort or your room

There is a fan vent in the bathroom that can let insects in so we did find one flying one in the room!

Sea shore is close to the hotel with good facilities and probably the best view on the island, delicious breakfast, polite and attentive staff. I would love to come here again.

Russians and the possibility to hear loud Russian speech and their parties at the pool and territory

There was so much about this accommodation that I loved. After traveling around Asia several times, I know that the standard of hotels and bungalows isn’t what we’re used to in Europe, but this place was magical for the price. In other words, very affordable! The location was fantastic—you stay central but not in the busiest area. Plus, you get peace and quiet as the hotel has its own private beach, which is a big bonus. The bungalow was always clean, fresh, and free from mosquitoes. Mostly friendly staff. If I ever return to Phi Phi Island, I will stay here again. For me, In Thai standard, this should be a 4 start hotel.

We traveled during the low season (October), and I know that's when the Thai people renovate in preparation for the high season. This wasn’t a big issue for me, but it was frustrating on a few evenings when they were renovating the bungalow next to ours until 11 PM. This won’t be a problem for you if you travel here, as it was just a temporary renovation project. The breakfast was good, but I would have preferred less focus on the continental options and a bit more fruit. The kids swam in the pool once, but there was a lot of chlorine in the water. Stick to the beach instead :) A smile or a "hello" from the staff in the hotel shop wouldn't have taken much effort. All comments above won't stop be from coming back to this hotel!
