The property had a lovely layout and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. Each room has a nice and relaxing outdoor area. There’s free tea and coffee in the morning. There is a nice pool, though we didn’t actually use it. Honourable mention to Brownie the horse! The staff were so friendly! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

There is a restaurant area, though it doesn’t serve food or fresh drinks. Overall we thought this property had a lot of potential to use the outdoor space for entertainment and hospitality.

Really nice rooms, comfortable beds, good aircon, nice little outdoor seating area. Is in a great location as is only about 5 min walk from the main street but is very quiet and you can't hear anything in the rooms!

The property had a good location just a short walk from the town, so it was away from the noise and was very peaceful. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. Excellent breakfast of eggs, bread, sausages, ham, watermelon, orange juice and tea / coffee! The pool area was lovely and there was a cute horse just roaming about all day. Staff were helpful and offered to take our bags to the pier on the day we checked out. Overall would definitely recommend!

There was very little hot water, had only cold showers. There was not much lighting in the room, apart from a spotlight on to the bed.

Well,the place is spectacular, you do have to walk yourself there from the pier ( about 10 min walk ) Or you do have the option to pay someone to carry your luggages for 3-400 bath and still walk but with a drink in your hand instead of bags. A part from that... staff is great, room that we got was a superior one poolview and had everything we needed. Cocktails by the pool at sunset it's a must after a day at the beach.

Not 100% sure how hot water worked or if did actually work but... tbh no need 4 that the temperature was just great 👌

The location was good, nicely tucked out the way from the main streets. Pretty scenery around the hotel and pool area, there’s a horse roaming around and we saw a few monitor lizards as well. The room was nice, had to change rooms as the aircon wasn’t working in the first room.

Not about the hotel - just don’t be like us and fall for the guys at the pier saying ‘taxi, taxi’ as there are no vehicles on Phi Phi 😅 unless you’d rather them walk your luggage for 15 minutes.

This place is everything you need in Phi Phi; space (in the rooms and the big garden outside), a pool, clean rooms (cleaning every day), a hot shower, good working a/c, in the middle of the island so both ends on walking distance, away from the party noise but close enough to walk there within 5 minutes, friendly staff, a nice view and for a good price. We booked one night and ended up staying six. And of course there's the lovely horse, Tan, who will be your best friend if you feed him some mangoes.

It’s quiet, away from all the commotion which is great. Comfy bed. The AC was very efficient. The staff at the front desk is very friendly. All in all, for the price and it being Phi Phi, perfectly fine.

The bathroom has not been properly tended to in a long time and while fully functional neither looks nor smells very well. The sheet had small holes and the towels are not exactly crispy fresh. Everything seemed clean though, as did the room overall. The lock on the door is tricky and feels rather cheap. Also you need to make sure the door really is tightly shut even after locking or else the bazillion of mosquitoes hovering around surely will make a move.

The lady at reception was lovely. She was so friendly and helpful from the start. We had an early check in, the room was clean and aircon worked well. The pool area was lovely, again clean and nice to overlook the gardens. I love that the horse just roams around the ground. Helped us with taking our bags to the port when we left. Location was great for us as we like it to be quiet. It's out of the main strip which meant we didn't have the loud music . On arrival was told everyone gets treated like family there and that's exactly how it was. Very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Slightly away from noisy central town. Quiet area.

1st room very hard bed, switched room. 2nd room no window, tv not working, weak wifi signal. Strong storm knocked out power for 1 day, these things happen. No generator at hotel so no lights, wifi or water. Town service restored much sooner than hotel. Water came back black muddy for a day. Had to rinse off in chlorine pool until mud cleared. Breakfast ok but 2eggs, 2 small hot dogs & sandwich meat slice with toast, watermelon, juice. Same each day.
