Lovely rooms, spacious, not far from the poor. Quite a small hotel but beautifully Thai, plenty of sunbeds, just very nice and relaxing. Perfect location too!! Right in amidst the hustle and bustle but also completely peaceful when you’re by the pool! Staff are lovely and friendly but food at restaurant was painfully inconsistent! Put us off eating there as one day you’d get a nice meal and you could order it the next day and it would be horrible but their English isn’t good enough to understand that

They were a bit stingy on the pool towels. You’d be better off having a towel station by the pool to exchange and hand them back. The bathroom is in desperate need of renovation. It’s a bit manky and dirty now and old. The room is lovely (a smart tv would be better though) but the bathroom is poor.

The location was excellent because it was on the beach side of the road. The pool faced the swimmable beach and had direct access with plenty of lounges in both areas. The buffet breakfast was very good with the restaurant facing the beach. They had a seafood barbecue one night with tables set up on the sand and a concert of Thai music and dancing. Lovely staff with poolside service available. Generous room size with useful extra furniture. They were also very generous with late check-out.

The rooms were pretty tired and were not really like the website photos. So much brown! Because Thailand has legal marijuana the drift of smoke into one of our rooms from their balcony was an issue especially for our child. My daughters didn't think the bathrooms were clean enough.

Nice location, beach front and walking distance to the Lamai vila and night markets, restaurants and shops. Staff was very welcoming and great, always with a smile and happy (reception at least) sometimes restaurant staff seemed very crampy and not happy at all. Breakfast is a good value for money and you can have it looking at the beach which was great and nice.

The swimming pool was being rebuilt and the work site was a mess. They did offered to upgrade us to a Bungalow due to inconvenience or even to stay at a partner hotel and even offered a transfer to use the swimming pool in the partner hotel. Well the location of the partner hotel was not that great so we decided to take the free upgrade to a bungalow which was very spacious and comfortable. However we would like to know about this situation with the swimming pool upfront so we could have organised another place to stay, but they only sent us a message to advise about it and options 1 day prior to our arrival. We were celebrating our anniversary. The photos in the website are not realistic though, its similar, but very different at the same time.

Every member of staff we had the pleasure of speaking to were friendly and helpful. The room was great and had a lovely view of the garden. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was very clean. Our room was cleaned everyday and new towels were given. The pool is lovely with beautiful views of the beach. The new year's eve gala was fab, the entertainment and the staff went above and beyond that night for every person there. We enjoyed our stay that much that we booked to stay an extra 4 nights.

So not hesitate to stay at this hotel...the staff can not do enough for you ....it is safe, clean, quiet, peaceful beautiful..on the beach which Is stunning and food is excellent 👌. Pleasant staff well manners and courteous..always happy to see you. Your room is made up DAILY...clean towels...every day . I stayed in room 110 and left on 21 Sept ...thanking you all for a gorgeous stay

Nothing it's all amazing

Room are a little dated , We had the outside pool villa , wasn’t as big as the pictures but was nice apart from getting bit alive by Mossys , the air conditioning unit broke but the staff dealt with it . Overall the bathrooms in the pool villas really need updating and some TLC …

Pool area and beach was lovely very well Maintained , staff was brilliant , breakfast was ok , A little More organisation at the pool bar , they was confused when a lot of people was in there , and was adding drinks and food on the bill that wasn’t ordered …

Fantastic location! Can walk right onto a quieter part of the beach… can have a massage by the pool for around 300 Thai Baht Lovely buffet breakfast, lots of choice! Staff super friendly and helpful! Can walk into town if you want some nightlife, taxis are expensive on the islands so recommend hiring a scooter for the day if you want to go further!

Couldn't have asked for a better location, right on the beachfront. Breakfast by the beach every morning, staff were very attentive and made you feel very welcomed. Abundance of restaurants and shops within walking distance. And a wonderful 7 eleven shop right outside the resort. They were attentive to all your needs. Will be back

Great location in Lamai beach, very clean room with free bottled water, nice pool area with beach access. Beautiful breakfast with good veggie options including tofu.

Not the nicest beach we have been to in Thailand some parts quite pebbly but nice for swimming.

The location of the hotel very good ….The villas are nice room to stay ,clean and good service daily for house keeping !We stayed for 2days in normal garden view because of no availability and after had booked for rest stay villa house !One step from the beach and the pool !

The cleaning at the garden rooms is not so good ….we got house keeping service during our 2night stay and the spider and dust still was behind the door from our arrival …..Old hotel ,needs renovation ….Stuff at the reception speak english the rest stuff just not possible to communicate at all (as all thai people )only in pantomime!
