Location is perfect, couple of minutes from the beach, plenty of cafes, shops around, food market, supermarket are also close. There is separate kitchen in the room with microwave, toaster, electric kettle and basic dishes. You can also ask for a stove to cook. The laundry is for reasonable price. They told us during check-in that cleaning is once in two days but in fact it was every day, also they provide a bottle of water for each person daily. It's very quiet despite this is the center of very busy area.

The pool inside is made from some cheap material and it's not pleasant to walk there especially in children's part.

Great pool, staff were excellent, smart TV for the thundery evenings and location can’t be bet.

The window in the bathroom was a bit odd as it is sections cut out of a wall with a mosquito net. We got a couple of spiders, bugs and a newt in our room. It is Thailand though (:

pool was was a little bit dirty needed some extra cleaning, they charge 300b for the room key deposit and when we were checking out we were waiting 15 minutes to find staff at reception to get the deposit money back, this wouldn't have been an issue usually but we were cutting it really fine to catch our taxi for the ferry. It seems an unnecessary deposit and wastes time.

The area is well located super close to the beach and the main road in Lamai. Lots of variety in restaurants nearby (although local Thai cuisine is unfortunately a bit harder to find but not impossible. Lots of 7/11s closeby) The beds and linens are all very comfortable and cleaned well everyday. The AC was super effective and the room was generally comfortable. The pool also looked great and was cleaned everyday.

The room was a LOT smaller than we anticipated. It didn't match the photos. It wasn't too much of an issue for us since we weren't home all that much but it was still a bit disappointing. The Wifi didn't work at all while we were there. We alerted the staff but honestly nothing was particularly done about it. Thankfully we used our unlimited data sims to get around this so we could at least use the TV in the room. They didn't have basics like an iron. And we didn't have a microwave in our room, and we weren't told there was a common kitchen or anything either so assumed there isn't one.

Amazing location, very close to the beach, like less than 10 minutes walk. Very close to a lively street with bars and good food. The hotel is calm and relaxing and as soon as you walk in you can smell the flowers in the garden. Very pretty. Rooms are clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful

The pool could be cleaner but useable. I didn't like the setting in my room with the bed literally in the middle as I had an awkwardly shaped room.

Room was very large and the kitchen area was huge. Smart TV to watch and log right into Netflix if needed. Dishes, toaster, kettle, microwave, large fridge, sink, table and chairs all provided. Shower had great pressure with lots of hot water. Front patio area was perfect for morning coffee and breakfast as well as just relaxing looking at the pool. Housekeeping was always done really well. Tons of restaurants and shops around.

Lots of tiny ants everywhere but the ant spray we bought from Big C helped. The units above can be a bit noisy, especially when furniture is being moved around.

Very quite. Panarame window. Personal kitchen. Smart TV. 1 min to Big-C 5 min to 7-11 5 min to Lamai beach by walk. 15 min to Lotus by walk (biggest market) Perfect, perfect, perfect...

This place was very very clean and so well located, and the staff was so kind. The swimming pool was great, there was even a kind of bar (could buy drinks) at the reception.

The facilities are somewhat outdated but still pretty expensive. The only reason why we wouldn't stay at this hotel again would be the price. The beds were also extremely firm, even hard.

Quick and easy check in. Room was huge, enough to swing one of the cats outside around. Staff friendly. Room immaculate. Perfect location. Friendly long stay guests.

I know the resort is limited for this situation. There were a few cats around the resort. This isn't a bad thing, but they were stray. Need attention and health care. Maybe a charity box at front desk to help with shading and wound cleaning.

We were staying in room B2. When we arrived, we were lucky that our room was ready before our check-in time, which was amazing, as we'd had a long day of traveling behind us by that time already. The room was amazing!! It was so spacious! Super big kitchen and the balcony was great! Also the view was amazing. We've been in Thailand for over a month by now and we loved this hotel's garden and view the most! Super green and beautiful view to the pool side and the mountains. Wifi was amazing as well! As I'm a digital nomad, then having great wifi is essential for me. There was an issue with the wifi for a bit right after we had checked in, and it was resolved super quickly. The lady at the reception is really helpful and speaks English really well! The cleaning ladies don't speak much English though, so it might be easier to use google translate on your phone and show them the text if there's something specific you require. And one thing I would like to bring out is how clean the rooms are! The cleaning ladies are doing an amazing job! everything is spotless! Which is super rare in Thailand (from our experience so far)! Pool was great too! It even has a jacuzzi there! Location is also great, as there are 2 food streets nearby, plus a lot of restaurants and shops, so everything is within a walking distance. It only took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach as well, so I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel! :) And I also loved the big tv in the room :D I connected it with my laptop so we could enjoy watching some movies and series from the bigger screen :)

It depends which neighbors you get :D We had some party people next door for the first couple of days, so we heard loud music from their side, but then again, that's nothing to do with the hotel itself :) and the next ones who came to that room were super quiet. So unless the people are playing loud music and are on the balcony talking loudly, then the rooms are quiet :)
