My wife and I spent three days at the resort. We enjoyed our spacious, clean and comfortable room ( serviced every day) with terrace overlooking the sea. Beautiful! the swimming pool is large; perfect to relax after a day of exploring the island. Great walks on the beach! Breakfast was good and the service excellent overall. We are very happy with our choice of hotel; definitely a place where we would be happy to return in the future.

There is a construction site next door (a new resort being built). It is not a great sight, generates a little bit of noise but frankly, this did not bother us during our stay. We knew about it before booking, booked anyway, and were right about it. The positives provided by Baan Jai Dee far outweigh this minor negative (for us).

Great hotel with lovely staff who will help you with everything you need. Good pool with fantastic views and beach downstairs. Very good value for what you are getting. Good room service every day with fresh towels and brand new water bottles. Overal a fantastic experience.

This is in no way a negative thing, just suggesting things that could be improved - the hotel is fantastic value for what you are paying: bathroom drain often doesn't work well and the water builds up, some towels are stained.

Wonderful host who’s nothing short of exceptional service & always at hand to help. She’s ensure we had everything we need. She also arranged rental bike to be dropped off at resort which you can rent from resort directly without having to go anywhere. Location is incredibly as you have your private beach opposite and you can run to the beach as you wake up! All the staff including cleaners are wonderful and helpful.

What an amazing accommodation, we were right at the beach. Just checking in and viewed an amazing sunset. Room was big, wonderfully decorated, staff so so friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and very nice! Food was also good and overall one of my favorites stays in Ko Phangan!!! It’s also very close to nice bars and places to eat.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and kind. The resort has a beautiful view of the sea and a private beach. Very calm and relaxed vibe at the resort. We loved to have the ability to fill up our water bottles at the hotel. The pool is big enough for swimming, which was great. We rented a motorcycle from the resort which was very convenient (200 bat per day). We had given an upgraded room for our honeymoon which was very big and comfortable and a goodies basket as well. We really recommend this resort for couples.

The location is not really near the center where all the restaurants and shops are, so it is highly recommended to rent a motorcycle, which surely will upgrade your stay.

Wonderful location with breathtaking views. Rooms are clean , food is very good. Big swimming pool is also an asset . It's great for people , who wants to swim a bit more. Small beach next to the hotel is also beautiful, but water is very shallow, so it's not ideal for swimming or snorkeling.

Facilities are great! There is a beautiful beach right next and it was almost private just for us! The place is quiet and calm. Sunsets there are amazing! The staff was very kind. We planned to stay 3 night and ended up staying more because we loved it so much.

they should not charge for every coffee during breakfast. It doesnt make sense. And if they are going to charge they should advise in advance. It came as a bit of a shock since we like coffee in the morning.

I have travelled to many countries and stayed at many hotels. This is the first hotel ive ever stayed at that was way better then expected. We stayed at a 4 star hotel in samui right before this stay, and I can honestly say that this place was way, way better. The staff are amazing! Very helpful, kind and make you feel very welcomed. I don't think the place would be as nice If it wasnt for the people working there. The boss lady was so nice to me and my family. She's been the best host ever and been very helpful and thoughtful. Her daughter was also super nice to us. The rooms are clean. We didn't use the pool because there is a beach literally a couple of meters from the hotel, but overall pool looks nice. No food but they have menu for delivery and bring food to the room which is a awesome service. Beach was clean. Location is great, but need car/scooter for transport specially during night when it gets really dark. Free water refill. AC in rooms worked great, so did the showers. I would definitely recommend this place. IMO this is a 4 star hotel and I would love to come back. Me and my family had a great time here.

The walk from beach to lobby can be challenging while holding a baby/bag and for older people. Cleaning service was not the best. Clothes smelled good but we had some stains on our clothes. We still used the service a couples of times though so it wasnt all that bad and from what I understand it's a external service so it's not really the hotel responsibility.

Loved everything about the property, construction going on next door but didn’t bother us one bit, bedroom was beautiful, location was amazing! All the staff were lovely! The pool was beautiful! The view was gorgeous! 20/10!!!
