Best place to stay at in Lamai. Really good location with nearby restaurants, covinience store and bars but still quite. The rooms are big and super clean. You get cleaning service and water daily. The best is the service, the family running the place is really welcoming and their staff is very charming.

Everything works. Just Internet might not be that stable if you want to do home office. I recommend getting a local sim card.

I absolutely loved my stay here. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, in particular Nong, who is not only a great hotel owner but a lovely person as well. The room was cleaned properly whenever I needed, the laundry service, although not the cheapest option in Samui, is good value for money as everything came back in under 24 hours cleaned, dried, ironed, and folded (more effort than I would ever put in when cleaning my own clothes). Upon arrival, Nong gave me a list of her favorite/popular restaurants along Lamai road and immediately made me feel so welcome. The location is super ideal, right in the heart of the Lamai area but also tucked out of the way so there was no noise at all. Very easy access to the beach from multiple points and close to numerous restaurants and bars. If looking to train Muay Thai, the hotel is a straight line walk of around 10 minutes to WMC Lamai Muay Thai gym and the balconies provided with the hotel rooms are ideal for airing out boxing gloves and shinnies that aren't welcome in the room! I highly recommend staying here, was perfect for my stay, and would 100% come back.

The wifi is quite dodgy (might also be because of the thunderstorms during rainy season) but I was here long term so had unlinmited data on a Thai sim card so didn't bother me too much.

Very friendly, top hosts, the whole team are really nice. Rooms thoroughly cleaned everyday. excellent room with balcony, super cold AC. The location is perfect, beach, restaurants and mini marts. Highly recommend 👌

One of the friendliest staff we have come across, very helpful and knowledgeable of good places to eat and activities,and also rented mopeds at a very cheap rate. The room was very clean and everyday the bedding and towels were changed and room cleaned. Even offered beach towels to use which was a short walk away Bars and restaurants all close by only a few short steps away but the room was down a side street so very quiet and peaceful , a comfortable bed and nice hot shower and the tv even has Netflix and YouTube, Would definitely recommend and we are returning after a few weeks when we finish visiting the other islands in the area to stay again

The hotel is in an excellent location, Lamai beach is a short walk away. The hotel has a good variety of restaurants and bars, catering to both international and Thai foods plus many shopping and massage spas also nearby. The hotel is in the centre of the town, but is a quiet and peaceful location to stay. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, with a good bed and bathroom, and a pleasant balcony and seating area to relax on. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful to everyone, they make you feel part of the family when staying at the hotel. They can provide information and arrange everything you need while in Lamai Beach. A friendly, comfortable hotel which is good value for money.

Everything, there is no complaint at all. The location is in the centre, close to the restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to Lamai Beach. But it‘s still quiet. They clean the room everyday, change the towels and bins. You can rent a bike. And what I liked the most: the staff, omg. They were kind, lovely, helpful, greeting every day, I felt like home. The most lovely people that I‘ve ever met on my travel journey in Thailand. Def. recommend this hotel.

The staff was absolutely incredible and made our entire stay! It seems like a small family run business, we were greeted by our names every time we went in and out, asked about our day, which was really nice. The location is about 5 minute walk from a stunning beach, short walks to shops, night market, bars etc. Good sized rooms were cleaned and restocked every day. Facilities were a bit basic but it's exactly what you would expect for the price.

The only slight issue we had was that there was a slight odour in the sofa in our room that seems like they couldn't get rid of and we occasionally had to deal with small ants in the room even with no food being in there, but it was nothing too disturbing.

We have been travelling the world for over two years and this is hands down the best place we have ever stayed!! The family that run the hotel are the most welcoming and friendly people, honestly felt so at home. Go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need, they even remembered our names and greeted us every morning. We were only supposed to stay 3 nights but ended up booking an extra 3 as we didn’t want to leave. The rooms are really nice, bed is comfy, air con works well and they clean your room every day and restock with bottled water. It’s really close to lots of bars and restaurants but nestled down a little side street so you can’t hear any noise at night , very peaceful. You can also rent scooters from them and book trips with them both for a very reasonable price! I honestly could go on about how amazing this place is, do yourself a favour and book this hotel!! You will not regret it! I will definitely be returning and look forward to seeing the family again ❤️

Absolutely nothing

One of the best Booking experience so far! I am travelling on a low budget and unfortunately needed to change my accomodation in the last minute due to some unpleasant reasons. I decided to book Bonny hotel based on good reviews and it totally exceeded my expectations. The most important thing for me is cleanliness and I can give this hotel 10/10 for making me feel so comfortable! Furtniture is a bit older but it doesnt change the fact that there was everything I needed and what was most important for me - bed and pillows were really comfy. Owner is extremely nice and kind, I would like to thank her for making me feel good, safe and like at home. Location was perfect, three steps from the main street but still in a quite part, so I didnt hear the noise from the street at all. And another bonus, Lamai beach was lovely, so far my fav for longer stay in Thailand. I will definitely come back for a longer time, not only 2 weeks. See you soon!

The lady on reception was one of the nicest people we’ve met whilst travelling - she was extremely welcoming, attentive and made an effort to remember our names from when we checked in; she made us feel very comfortable from the offset. Albeit a bit dated, the room was clean, comfortable and had more than everything we needed for our stay (kettle, TV, even a toastie grill). The room was cleaned and amenities replenished everyday which was really nice. The location is good for Lamai - with a 24 hour shop at the end of the street and a very short walk to the beach and night market. We were given amazing recommendations for food etc from the kind lady on reception and were able to rent a scooter from the hotel to go places outside of Lamai. Amazing stay, thank you so much!

The shower wasn’t the best, but it didn’t impact the quality of our stay at all.
