The hotel is in a quiet neigbourhood in Sultanahmet quarter, 10 minutes far from the Blue Mosque. The rooms are tiny, but very nice and clean, the bathroom is excellent. The breakfast is a traditional turkish breakfast, very nice and delicious. You can eat the breakfast in the greenhouse, where live a very kind cat :) I think this is a very good opportunity to stay here for a few day trip.

The walls of our room was very thin, so if you are a light sleeper a good earplug can help you a lot. It was little bit tiny the bed, and there was only one blanket (we are use 2 separate one, so it was weird to us). We were a little bit dissapointed, because the hotel called us a taxi when we leave, but they doesn't told us, that in this case will more expensive, like coming in to the city. We have to pay +300TL . It would have been nice if we had known this before we left.

The hotel was newly built, meaning that all the furniture was new, the decoration was great and traditional. It’s a small boutique hotel with only few rooms, which are not that spacious but very clean. The hotel is very close to the center of the city, everything is in walking distance, it is located in a quiet area and it has also its own parking. A big credit to the hotel is the staff, the guys at the reception are very friendly and helpful and we are grateful for their hospitality and assistance. The breakfast was not a buffet style where you may choose whatever you wish, instead they served us with some traditional Turkish dishes which were ok.

There is a soundproofing issue in the rooms, you can hear everything from the other rooms, above you or next to you, and since the floor was wooden it was creaking all the time.

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel. Its location is fantastic, just a short 6-10 minute walk to key attractions like Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The 24-hour reception desk is a great convenience, with friendly staff always ready to help no matter the time. I checked in after midnight, and they made the process seamless. The breakfast they serve is absolutely delicious and a perfect way to start your day. (See the photos) The room was spotless, well-organized, and the AC kept it very comfortable. They also have a handy system where you can request a room cleaning by simply pressing a button near the door when you leave. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Yonus and Mohammed at the reception, who were incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions about the area and even recommended tours I was interested in. The hotel also offers useful services like laundry, airport transfers, and travel SIM cards, which made my stay even more convenient. It’s a relatively new hotel, located in a quiet area just outside the main tourist spots. Plus, there are lots of great restaurants nearby to try. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem of a hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Friendly staff. Clean room and everything in the hotel is perfectly clean and new. Perfect location for exploring the city. I think it is a good choice looking at a price quality ratio.

Poor sound isolation. Heating quite difficult to adjust, but it was warm, all good with that. Room was very small, we expected to have 1.8m bed (which we booked and it was stated in the description), the bed was maximum 1.6m, I don’t have any problem with that but they should not state that it is extra large - 1.8m. The breakfast were very average.

Good location, friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel is brand new, rooms are with a natural wooden finish, small but cozy. A picturesque view from the window and beautiful international and Turkish replica art hanging on the walls, comfortable shower with fresh towels and high ceiling in the room which makes it visually larger.

We had to spend our first night in the room above reception which was too noisy, noise cancellation should and could be better. In addition, there is a construction site nearby - so if you like to sleep till midday on your holiday - you will need earplugs.

the interior is cute, i like the shower area the design is pretty nice especially the shower tools is so unique. the location also really close to tourist attraction, heritage places, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops, the alley where the hotel is located is also cute. When I checked in the reception guy (Mohammed) is so warm and nice. thank you! Im surprised that the reception is pretty small so its good for solo travel or few people not group. The breakfast is delicious with many choice of cheese, vegetables, bread, boiled eggs,biscuits and then we can choose coffee or tea. When i was having breakfast I met cute cat named Marmar.

I think the building is built with thin wall so we can hear the neighbor room.

We absolutely loved our stay! From the get go the service was impeccable, and the room, albeit cosy in size, was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The location is fabulous, with only a short walk (slight uphill) to the mosques and another short walk to the waterfront. The wifi was good, the breakfast was tasty and the biggest plus was the gated parking lot, as parking would be impossible otherwise in the area. We would like to give a special mention to Muhammed Akbas, who resolved a miscommunication issue and went all out to make our stay amazing. We would definitely stay here again on future trips!

We had to sleep with the window open as we were told there was no AC at this time of year, which is a shame because the great location did mean there’s some noise!

The service was exceptional! Very cozy and comfortable place to stay, close to the main attractions. Nice atmosphere inside, very clean. I absolutely loved the breakfast menu! Please keep the cherry jam in it, It was my favorite! The staff was incredible, all of them!!! Makes me want to come back to this place! Thank you to everyone for the nice hospitality!

I am not the swallowed one, but the only thing I was struggling with was putting the showering supplies away in the shower cabin. But again, the place is pretty new, and the staff definitely can work on the iimproving still!

Walking distance to almost all the tourist attractions, Marmara sea and public transportation in Sultanahamed. Quiet environment Rooms are clean and fully equipped same as in the given pictures Friendly, polite and very supportive staff We will never forget get how much Yunus helped us to fix our damaged luggage. Mohomad Akbarwas so generous and offered the Istanbul card to use during our 4 days stay. The other front officer was kind enough to pack us an early breakfast when we check out in the early morning

Amazing service from every member of the staff (too many to name individually).Unfortunately Could only get reservation with Abelia for just 3 nights while infact needed for 6 nights. Mr. Baris, the owner/manager went out of his way to find me accommodation at another hotel when my next booked place seemed to be in the dumps....with no vehicular access (dragging 3 suitcases up a steep hill was a no no), very shady neighborhood, where the hotel receptionist wouldn't answer phone calls multiple times. Thank you Baris and all your team.
