Aprilis Hotel was the best choice for us, from all points of view! First of all, the location, very close to the Old Town with all the sights, just 2 minutes from the Çemberlitaş tram station. The hotel is new, very clean and exquisite, with a beautiful reception and access to the upper floors with an elevator. Our room had a view of the street, very beautiful, and was decorated in style, equipped with everything necessary, gorgeous bathroom, fully functional, clean, and nice...So, perfect! Very good breakfast and on the top floor, a superb terrace overlooking the sea and the beautiful Istanbul! The wonderful hotel team so welcoming and friendly, in conclusion, we recommend the Aprilis Hotel for an unforgettable stay in Istanbul! We will come back with love!

The hotel in near the Grand Bazaar, Spices Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, etc. walking distance. It is clean and the room it was big and clean, the breakfast was okay, they tried to change it a little bit every morning. The front desk, Tarik and the other man, unfortunately I don’t remember his name, was very helpful, they gave us a lot of information, help us to bring the car in the nearest parking, they booked for us the cruise on Bosfor and much more.

We stayed at 4 floor and the air conditioner that is on the roof was a little bit too loud, but the view was stunning.

We had a fantastic stay at Aprilis hotel. The facilities were very nice. we had a spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. the hotel is situated close to the Blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. it is right next to a tram station, which is super conveniet. The hotel staff, both in reception, breakfast room and our cleaning lady were super service-minded. Especially Ibrahim and Nehir made us feel as if we were family, which was appreciated both by me and my mom - an elderly lady. Ibrahim and Nehir helped measure her blood pressure and offered cool ayran. Every evening we enjoyed a delicious Turkish coffee on the roof terrace of the hotel overlooking the ships on Bosforus strait. we do recommend this hotel and hope we can stay there again.

The check-in experience was quick and easy. Their associate Ibrahim saw that we had a bad experience with the taxi and he gave us a free room upgrade. The location is super accessible to lots of attractions and right around the corner from the tram station. Overall, Great location, rooftop terrace, and staff members Ibrahim and Tarik really go above and beyond

Breakfast was one of the lowest quality we ever had. Eggs were stone cold, all the baked goods were hard and old. Cereal was stale. We complained about this to their morning associate sitting at the desk (I think his name is Arcaz), who shrugged off and said that's a standard breakfast but no apologies at all and he went back to work which was extremely rude.

Aprilis hotel was one of the best experiences 10/10! They made us feel like home and everyone was so friendly especially Ibrahim, Hikmet,the girls at breakfast Ercan and Özellr. They treated us as if we were friends for years and made a stressful trip for work so easy if we had any questions and needed directions. 100% recommended for any type of vacation as everything is close and whatever is not you can cats the train an get to your destination in no time. The stop is just 1’ on foot from the hotel and grand bazar 3’. Thank you for everything.

Location was perfect. All the main locations are nearby. Any one who loves history and historic buildings can enjoy here. Even markets are very close. Resturants are just nearby. Breakfast was good.

Parking is paid which cab be accomodated by hotel as complimentary. The guy in night shift who helps guest for luggaluggage and parking is having behaviour issue. It looks he is annoyed to support. But rereception guys in day and night both are very nice. Breakfast on roof top was not available (may be due to weather or season off)

This hotel was great. We were offered a choice of two rooms to pick from. Its location was central. The tram station was Cemberlitas just up the road, and it takes you in all directions. Great little supermarket next door and plenty of eateries to choose from. The Grand Bizzare was a short walk away, and the mosques and a whole lot of shopping in the back streets. 😳 The staff were friendly, on point, and the room was made up every day. We were only staying for 7 days but extended for an extra 2 days and the guys at reception organised all very quickly and we stayed in the same room. Breakfast was amazing. The girls were friendly and efficient. 🤗 Def value for money and would recommend staying here. Thank you, everyone, at Hotel Aprilis. You made our stay memorable. We love Istanbul. 💞

Very minor, and that would be that the shower had a small leak underneath, and the TV took a while to warm up. You only got half the screen. We did inform reception, and I guess they would look into this once we had left. 😉

The location is the very best thing. Can easily walk to Blue Mosque, the hop on hop off bus, Hagia Sofia the main square and Cistern Basilica and more. I felt totally comfortable. I didn’t use public transport or a taxi once. It’s down a small street, but really safe and lots of shops and restaurants on the street too. The staff moved me from an economy room to a room at the front for free. I also needed a data SIM card and they took me next door to a shop to get one. I was a bit concerned about being ripped off. But I never saw a better deal. I was not ripped off: I was introduced to a bargain! On my first night one of the staff walked with me to a restaurant he recommended about 3 mins from the hotel it was up some stairs off the main street , he said he’d show me the way. I was a bit anxious TBH. It was probably the cheapest meal I had the entire time I was there; very local and good food and also popular with several American couples who seem to have found it recommended on some random site. This isn’t the luxury of the Grand Hyatt! Its a clean hotel with helpful staff to use as a base for sightseeing.

I never once found the roof top bar open. But you can go up there anytime. It’s pretty and the view is lovely.
