The location was really good, can't fault it, it's on the main road. the room was also OK, Nothing special but you get what you pay for. The reception area was clean and light. The room windows were big and open, gave a ok view of the next door garden.

They wanted payment in cash and explained that booking.com or the bank would charge them a commission. I had no choice but to go to a cash point and pay a commission myself to take out cash. This was very inconvenient but we had no choice as they would charge us for no show anyway, so we felt held to ransom. To other visitors, please pay in advance through booking.com to avoid the same situation. Booking.com you need to look into this matter as clearly your practices are forcing hotels to demand payment in cash. The bed linen/towels were in extremely poor condition, the property looked like it had some building work done as it was quite messy. The electricity went out at night, I presume they were saving on costs.

Location was just amazing, right smack in the middle of the city and very near all the touristic and good food places. The staff was very nice and even went to find a really good deal for us for the boat tour. Clean rooms and even though there's a lot of ppl walking about outside, the sound was kinda quiet enough for us to get good sleep.

Wifi signal needs to be boosted to certain parts of the room and the lift only fits two ppl.

1- The location just 30 seconds from Chanerlitaş metro station . It is one stop from Sultanahmet to the south and one stop from the grand bazar . Main tourists attraction is within short walking distance . It is also 3 stops from Eminonu station and ferry hub . Underground train is two stops away in Laleli . Could not have a better location . 2- The family room is spacious with three large windows the ceiling is high and beds very comfortable . 3- daily cleaning of the room. 4- Reception is manned all the time . Emre was really Helpful . Note : please note this is not extravagant place . It is place that provide you with comfortable clean and big room in a second to none location in central Istanbul .

The hotel is compact given it is central location . Breakfast area is small .

The breakfast is good, the staff are friendly and attentive, the hotel is clean and tidy, the building itself has a kind of architecture that is very pleasing to the person, the hotel is very close to the Cemberlitaş tram stop, the hotel is in the center, the hotel is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shopping centers and historical places. and full of museums. Very close to the sea! In conclusion, this hotel is very good for its price!

The hotel needs a new renovation. Also, I wrote to the hotel from Booking, asking for information, and the hotel did not reply to me. I know this as carelessness!

This was a great little hotel. We were in Istanbul for 16 hours during a layover so we booked the hotel as somewhere to get a couple of hour sleep and a shower before heading back to the airport. The hotel is small and simple, but the rooms and bathrooms are clean. The beds were comfortable. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quite. We checked in and then walked around exploring Istanbul for a few hours. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Blue Mosque and is right next to a tram stop, For the price and the purpose it was perfect.

Nothing. The hotel is a bit dated and the fit and finish are a bit worn, but it is all in working condition and clean. For the price it was amazing and the location was brilliant. I cannot think of a negative thing to say.

Hotel na dobroj lokaciji. Sobe se redovno ciste, kuvalo, kafu, caj, peskire, sampone,... dobijate redovno. Kreveti su udobni. Osoblje hotela jako ljubazno. Izdvojila bih Alvina koji je u svakom momentu bio spreman da pomogne, pa ga ovim putem i pozdravljam. Za sve one koji zele vidjeti grad mogu pjesice iz ovog hotela obici veliki broj istorijskih znamenitosti, a takođe i tramvajem koji se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini i vratiti se u udobnoj i cistoj sobi. Toplo preporucujem.

Thou breakfast was part of my package, I never got it. The windows seal/locks were broken. The ac didnt operation claiming that its a policy that summers closes the ac controls. Location was the only positive in the equation.

Lift was excepltionally congested. Windows wont lock cz broken. Rest seems good. Best part was the location. However, having visited other hotels in the area, I think its at least 20% over priced.

10secs walk to the tram Cemberlitas, close to sultan ahmet and hagia sofia. Walking distance to grand bazaar and maccy/burger king. It’s in the centre of very lively and busy side of Istanbul.

Not much really. Only thing was a bit annoying even after mid night it’s noisy outside and you can hear people talking on the road.

Well room size and the comfort of the room was quite impressive as well as the location.

The only down side was we were given 1st a room which was already taken. Facing a half naked man in the middle of the night was shocking however I am glad that the incident didn't escalate. We weren't given after a much better room as compensation also some treats.

The location was perfect, the room was larger than previous places I have stayed at. Beds were comfortable. Prayer mat was provided. Staff were polite and always available.

There was only three staff, two receptionists and one cleaner. Needs more staff to help with cleaning as it wasn't consistent. The stairwell needs to be redecorated and improved.
