Great location, nice staff, room was better (newer) looking than the pictures, great bathroom with an excellent shower (4 different modes). The cleaners provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, cotton buds, bottled water. Cleanliness of the room 9.5/10

We rented a studio with a kitchenette but there were no kitchen utensils. Just empty cabinets and a sink. Breakfast was okay but was not a buffet. It was quite small and the same every day. Rooms have no view - we didnt mind but if its something thats important to you just keep in mind Rooms dont have a view (we didnt mind at all but if someone does, just keep in mind)

Good location, 15 minutes walk to ferries and airport bus. Friendly staff, when we needed something or there was a problem, they helped. Comfy bed, good shower, quiet at night. Good breakfast, especially menemen.

We booked a room with a balcony, and first we were given a room without a balcony. We comlained, and they fixed it after the first night. The second room has a nice balcony. The room itself was pretty small and dark, not much natural light. No proper fridge, only minibar.

The studio, quietness, easy to find, good location. Good bed and pillows. Very comfortable. The girl in the reception when i checked in was very friendly. But the breakfast staff were not. The service from reception staff was great, especially the first one. It was nice to have a proper fridge and option to cook, but no pans or kitchen equipment. Nice to have the tiny balcony. Heating in the bathroom. Internet was very good..would go back.

No duvet, only blanket. Breakfast staff. No coffee machine, only nescafe. And luckily strong çay. The studio should have a few cooking pans, cutlery, some cooking euipment etc. Dishwashing soap... sponge. There was nothing except the stove, kettle and fridge.

The location is central, friendly staff, not expensive, even it's very central it is not noisy...

Hotel is located in a street which is very close to Söğütlüçeşme train station and Söğütlüçeşme main street. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. There are tv, wardrobe, minibar (just water in it), a tiny kitchen close to the door and hair dryer in the bathroom. My mom and I liked the breakfast, it is continental with all sorts of sweet and savour foods. There is also an elevator. Hotel is very suitable for short stays.

The kitchen sink in the room was broken and glued with silicone in several places. It shouldn't be so hard to replace it with a new one. The toilet roll holder, toilet seat and the curtain hook were all moving. Small repairs would make everything perfect.

Very good location. Easy to reach metro station and ferry station. Very supportive personal at the front desk!

Heating boiler located inside my room was noisy, especially at the night time.

Nice staff, nice hotel, a bit far from the metro station but it is manageable. Very close to all restaurants and bar.

Breakfast was basic Laundry cost was too expensive and the staff didn’t mention to me the same price, apparently I had to pay extra for drying but when I came back in the bedroom all the clothes have been put hanging on the sofa and bed..

The property we were eventually allocated was modern, clean and comfortable. No balcony which we accepted as we were told there was no apartments with balconies.

The property was not what I booked. Initially we were allocated a room and bathroom (not an apartment)and after explaining and showing the staff member on duty what I had booked and was expecting, we were told what I had booked did not exist! They gave us an apartment next to the hotel which we accepted. unsure if this was part of the hotel or not. Staff spoke virtually no English but luckily my 16 year old son speaks some Turkish so we managed but unable to ascertain how an apartment can be advertised on booking.com and bookings accepted when the advertised property does not exist so we remain confused.

The receptionist, Haluk, was very helpful and an absolutely lovely person. It was nice to chat to him about the area and get advice how to get around, like how best to get over to the European side of Istanbul. The apartment was small but everything was clean and the aircon was very welcome due to the heatwave. Breakfast was nice.

Er… it could have done with a bar! That’s about the only negative!

Staff really friendly. Location central but quiet. Room was functional. Lovely breakfast.

Nothing stood out as a negative. Rooms decor not finished to as high of a standard as the photos show but everything is functional and room/hotel was pleasant to stay in.
