Unbeatable location. Views from rooftop restaurant beautiful, especially at night with the Blue Mosque illuminated.

I wish I had known in advance about the loud music from the rooftop restaurant. Lower floors may not have been affected as much.

The location! The spectacular view of the blue Mosque, the rooftop location is a bonus and the food is super delicious too chef! The staff are an absolute treasure they treat their guests like family and definitely take care of them. Their customer service is amazing and a special thanks to Fatih, Orhan and Ahmed and every staff member. We had the best time there and met amazing guests too. It’s so friendly

We had no tea/coffee facilities in our room or any iron. But there is a cafe bar to buy tea or coffee

Hotel blue house is about 5 minutes to blue mosque and hagia sofia. There are many restaurants with delicious food are arround the hotel. The room given to us was doulble room with good size. Bathroom was not very big but suitable for 2 people. House keeping was good. They clean your room change bed sheets etc daily. We didnt try the terrace restaurant of the hotel but view of blue mosque from terrace was fantastic. The staff of the hotel were very cooperative and can speak very good English. The breakfast was ok. The sultanahmet tram station is about 10 minutes walk to the hotel. If you want taxi the taxi stand is about 3 minutes walk. The beach is about 15 minutes walk from hotel. The area arround hotel is very beauriful for phtography. The room was sound proof so you can sleep very well. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again on my next trip.

Excellent location, Excellent staff, all staff members very friendly and they use to help us with all our queries, particularly Mr.Resat and Mr.Furkan, front desk staff very cooperative and always smiling, Mr.Hakki you will always meet him during breakfast time with a very smiling face greeting you and taking care of you during breakfast. Mr.Vahap takes care of your doing up the room, very Co operative person. I want to mention one more handsome person with a beard I am forgetting his name he was also very helpful, we stayed in istanbul for about 14 days out of which we went to Antalya for four nights. After coming back we continued to stay in blue house hotel, most of the iconic attraction are just walkable distance or couple of stations in a tram. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Blue house to our fullest satisfaction and without hesitation we recommend all our friends to stay there when they visit Istanbul. Only one point I would like to make is improve on breakfast and bring in some variety that will add to your excellence. Thank you one and all Looking forward to stay again during our next trip.

We were a family of five (with three young children), so we booked two rooms. The room on the 4th floor is exceptionally beautiful, richly decorated with elements reminiscent of Ottoman grandeur. The view, both towards the sea and the Blue Mosque, is indescribable. We took countless photos. The staff is always smiling, extremely helpful, and quick—especially Yasor at the reception, who took care of us with a smile and possitive attitude.

Perhaps the only downside is the food, both at breakfast and mainly at the restaurant. While the portions are decent and the service excellent, the taste does not quite match that of other restaurants.

We decided to see Istanbul on 31th of october for three days because my parents had already visited ten years before and were fond of the blue house hotel. The location of the hotel is great! it is located in the old part of the city and close to the main attractions of Istanbul such as the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia Mosque, the Cistern and the Grand Bazaar. The staff has always been courteous and helpful, especially Furkan!

The room for three people was sufficient, but not large, probably because it was the last one that could be booked. The breakfast was good for savory foods, but almost no choice for sweets. Maybe there should be more croissants or homemade cakes.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating with requests to help us out with some temporary storage and offered a lot of flexibility. Spacious enough room and well equipped. Breakfast offers enough choice. Roof terrace has a stunning view. The lounge/restaurant at the bar is a good place to sit and chat for a bit while having a drink. Location-wise it’s an excellent place; within just 5 minutes walking in either direction you have the Haga Sophia, Topkapi Castle, Blue Mosque, Yerbatan Cistern and dozens of restaurant, shops and a little bazar. Same goes for connections to public transport.

Things that should be improved in our opinion: temperature control in the room was not sufficient. Apparently due to the season the HVAC system can only heat, not cool, the room (in summer the opposite). This resulted for us to always have the windows open, but having a hotel close to the big Mosques can cause an early wake up call.

Blue House Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It was a clean, secure, and welcoming place to stay with amazing views and exceptional service. A special shoutout goes to Resat, the receptionist, who provided us with outstanding customer service. He assisted us with every inquiry and made sure all our requests were promptly addressed.
