Great location with many restaurants nearby where you can eat at even 3:00 am, convenient for visiting some emblematic places like the Ayasofia masjid and gulhane park(≈10 minutes walk). Excellent staff, their service was just wonderful (even better then some 5 star hotels), they were very kind and caring, especially the night team and Ibrahim who managed to get my sons lost phone from a taxi immediately and gave us some advices and guides to visiting Istanbul right when we checked in, he also helped us get to the hotel from the airport, very thoughtful and friendly staff member.

I was looking for a review like mine but didn’t find one, so I’m leaving this for others, especially for women. I stayed here for 11 nights. I requested a room on the 2nd floor or higher, and they gave it to me. They cleaned my room upon request, which I prefer as it feels more secure—no one enters my room daily without my knowledge. The cleaning was thorough; the floor was spotless, with no hair or dust left. They changed my bedsheets several times during my stay, and towels were also replaced after each cleaning. Bottled water was provided as well. There was a mini fridge in my room where I stored my sheet masks and drinks. The room included a safe box and plenty of storage space. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. No one bothered me with tours or services, nor did anyone make me feel uncomfortable by staring or asking for my number. I was treated with respect. Since it can feel risky to travel alone these days, I checked mirrors and closets, and after 11 nights, I can say that this hotel felt safe and comfortable. The shower was fantastic, and the bed was great. Some reviews say the rooms are cramped, but I found it comfortable. I stored my suitcase under the mirror and still had enough space to pray. The staff brought every order I placed on Yemeksepeti directly to my room. The location of the hotel is excellent and shown accurately on Booking. It’s in a flat area, making it very convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby. My room was exactly as shown on photos.

Some metal fixtures began to show wear, but I didn’t find it disturbing. There was some noise from the subway station, but since it only operates until 12 AM, it was fine for me. They don’t have an iron in every room—you need to request one. There was a moment when I was running late and needed an iron, but another guest hadn’t returned it. The staff kindly brought an iron over from another hotel, which was thoughtful of them. They also don’t offer breakfast, but the staff kindly offered to bring me something, like croissants, from a nearby patisserie called Merhaba—which I recommend, by the way.

Location is very nice, and the rooms were very comfy. Dawood on the reception was very helpful and gave good tips about the area. Everyone else in the hotel was also very nice and supportive. Rooms were clean and adequately spacious. Nice view of the railway station in front and slight view of the bosphorus sea. It’s a nice hotel. And yes also the airport transfer service was also reasonably priced. Hafiz mustafa is also nearby for 24 hours sweet treats. Also tram station is also nearby.

The elevator sometimes didn’t work for us. And the stairs are a bit steep and narrow in my opinion. Else all good.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. Located in a very nice area directly opposite the Metro/Train entrance. We took the train from the airport to the hotel and we were very pleasantly greeted by the hotel staff and the hotel owner who is a very nice friendly man. We were upgraded to a sea view room which was great. We booked 2 rooms; a family room which has 3 single beds, a double bed, 2 restrooms, and a double room. The rooms were very clean but on the smaller size but this didn’t bother us. All the staff in the hotel were extremely nice and friendly and they made us tea and Turkish coffee every time we sat in the seats outside the hotel entrance. There is also a nice coffee shop downstairs with a 10% discount for hotel residents. We would like to thank all the staff for their help and kindness specially Mr Dauut and Mr Riaz. The owner of the hotel is a very nice and generous man. He helped us book a breakfast boat trip (highly recommended) and called around to get us a good discount. We will certainly be coming back again.

staff staff especially Ahmed Abdullah and omran very very helpful and kind and the location is superb 1 min to sirkesi tram and marmary station, and it’s very clean

* the transports are nearby * the personal are friendly * The room is sp.clean and the bed is so comfy * the touristic attractions are nearby (sultanahmet area), galata area,... as well as the old markets in Eminonu

* the isolation was a bit off but not so disturbing * The ventilation may emit some clacking sounds sometimes. You may need to stop/start it to return to normal

Thanks to the wonderful staff Abdullah, Riyadh, Especially Dawid ;) and thanks for the birthday cake it was a nice surprise. it was a wonderful and comfortable stay and they were very cooperative with us. We will visit again soon.

There is no daily cleaning you have to request them.

The newly renovated hotel, located at silence street but at the same time near to all main sightseeings and Marmaray station. There is also very nice park for walking, with playground. The staff was very very friendly and helpful, they did their best for us. We stayed in family room for 5 nights. The room was fresh furnished, beds were very comfortable.

The room cleaning should be better. There is lack of bath accessories such as paper holder, soap plate and glass for toothbrushes. Also the table in the room was too small. Nevertheless I definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, very close to the major historical sights, ferry terminals and restaurants, everything is within walking distance. Subway(underground) station is right in front of the hotel. I had a long layover + commute from one airport to another and it was important for me to be at the city center to do some sightseeing and, at the same time, to be close to the Istanbul Airport.

Small rooms but I stayed just for one night so it was ok for me.
