Excellent location, good breakfast, comfortable room in a small hotel/bar/restaurant in the heart of Karakoy. When my husband and I arrived to the hotel, we asked if we can change the room due to the noise coming from the streets and the bar, and they provided us with a bigger and much better room for the same price. Also, we will never forget that they helped us to catch a taxi to airport in heavy rain and with normal price, as two taxis wanted to make us pay double just because we are tourists. We are immensely grateful for this! The chef's food is great, and the hotel is just few minutes walk from Galataport, Eminonu, even Galata tower. It is not in a hilly area and that is a bonus.

There were few challenges in the communication due to the lack of English, but we understood the hotel has recently started to host visitors and they are still learning on the go. We wish them a lot of success!

Really great location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, also very close to Galataport. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help even though they don’t speak English well (Google Translate works great). Breakfast was simple but delicious and tea was provided free of charge at every opportunity.

Because the hotel is in a vibrant and bustling part of town the streets outside at night were a bit noisy (but we were grateful to have such good places to eat and drink close by). Could also hear through the walls into other rooms easily even when neighbours were speaking normally.

The employees were going the extra mile in all possible aspects during my visit since the beginning till I left the hotel. For example, for my arrival I sellected 2-3 pm, but my bus arrived earlier to Istanbul so I just wanted to ask if they can keep my suitcase in meanwhile. The man at the reception served me tea and by the time i was done with my tea my room was ready. I'm slow drinker, but being able to enter the room few hours in advance was appreciated.

Mustafa and his staff were incredibly friendly and the room was neat, modern and very sufficient. We enjoyed having a private balcony and being close to the public transport. The value for money was incredible, and staff were always willing to help and very friendly. Will most certainly come back.

The only thing would be better wifi reception in our room, but the connection in the restaurant was perfect.

The staff is really friendly and helpful! Also the owners, Mustafa and his wife made me feel at home right at the check-in. Room gets cleaned daily. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the heart of karakoy, but just on the edge - the heart is only 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast was sufficient :) will come here again!

Location is great and the staff is SO friendly and helpful!

I could hear every conversations from the room next and people were really not speaking loudly. The bathroom smelt like humidy and stagnating water. There is no window in the bathroom.

The staff, super welcoming, helpful and kind, despite their poor English. We understood perfectly. Thanks to their kindness we overcame linguistic barriers. Good breakfast Turkish style. Spacious rooms very comfortable.

Quite noisy room because the windows were on the main street, not a problem for me but for many people it is. Just ask for a room on the courtyard, in case.

Ali and Davut were amazing and always made us feel welcome and at home. The food was also great.

It is a bit noisy sometimes, but nothing you cannot talk about with the staff.

Wonderful hotel, big spacious clean room and very nice breakfast. The breakfast is not buffet style, they bring you a a disc with food on it, omelette, sausage, bread, butter, jam, coffee and juice. The staff very helpful and polite. The experience at this hotel was excellent!

The location is very good

Honestly, the situation is annoying and the window does not isolate the sound at all. I wake up early in the morning because of the noise.
