The bedroom was comfortable with 2 bottles of water provided the each day. Breakfast area was a bit tight in terms of space. The choice for breakfast was satisfactory. The location of the hotel was great, bars and restaurants nearby, and a carrefour supermarket 50 metres away. The location was ideal, positioned in Karakoy between the sightseeing area of Sultanhamet and the Istiklal street shopping/ nightlife area. The Karakoy tram stop and Tunel funicular (to avoid the steep climb to Istiklal St) are within a 7 minute walk from hotel.

I think any hotel in Istanbul needs to explain the steps for getting an Istanbul Travel Card, which can be used on the trams, ferries and Tunel funicular. You need this card for getting around because Istanbul is a large city. Fare costs are very reasonable.

Only thing is that there are some construction near the location and it is very noisy till around 11:30 PM....

- great location, many restaurants and coffeshops near the hotel. I don't drink turkish coffee, unfortunately, but there is a good choice of coffee shops there where you can find non turkish coffee. - nice and friendly staff. They showed the way to our building. Then I had a problem with the delivery, they helped to contact the driver. - the room is not big, but fine in general.

- the restaurant is really small. Not enough space for people, especially not in the morning hours. The breakfast is quite standard in Turkey - cheese, eggs, eggplants, vegetables, bread... - internet login and password allow you to connect only 2 devices, but the gyus on the reception will help you with it.

Starting on a positive note, Triada Hotel Karaköy provided a delightful experience with its charming atmosphere and remarkably helpful reception. The impeccably clean room created a refreshing environment, and the convenience of an elevator made navigating the hotel effortless. Despite the room being on the smaller side, the proximity to Galata Port and the overall positive aspects, including cleanliness and elevator accessibility, made my stay enjoyable and worthwhile.

The room was smaller than it was supposed to be

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and quick to answer messages. The breakfast was amazing if you’re into Turkish breakfast. Location-wise, 7-8 mins walk to either metro/tram station, but right next to istanbul modern and the bridge to cross to the old town. Very easy to get around.

The room was small in my opinion; I think they could have expanded it a little bit, considering our room (in the annex building) was the only room on the 5th floor, and there was a massive terrace bigger than the actual room.

Great value for money, which ensured us an enjoyable stay. Breakfasts are simple, but very nice and fulfilling, all facilities are in place as described. Buildings are new and simple with no signs of tourist kitsch which is cool. We stayed in the Annex which is often mentioned for walking to another building for breakfast, but it's almost across the road, so we had no problem with that even with the small kid. Staff is friendly and provide help to the extent of what they know about the city. Location is also great, next to the pedestrian streets of Karakoy and Galata bridge, and there is no problem with public transport (T1 tram and boat stations within walking distance).

Internet was dropping occasionally, but not for long. Have to be careful with water splashes in the shower cabin.

Great stay, the hotel is next to a long street of pubs and restaurants and coffee shops, and a walking distance to the Tramway, the Bosphorous rive, and Galata and Taksim streets. Istanbul's nature is somewhat montaneous so usually you have to climb roads to reach destinations, but that's not the case with Triada Karakoy, it's easy to reach and to walk to, Since it's close to the coast. Staff also is very helpful and friendly, rooms are generally quiet and clean. Breakfast buffet has various options like eggs, veggies, creams, milk, cereal, cheese, ham, turkey, bread, and delicious Simit! Highly recommended.

Perfect location, within 500m of Galata bridge, Karakoy ferry pier, Galata tower. Very small hotel, the staff was very friendly, although sometimes not very fluent in English. Lively neighborhood with lots of coffee shops, bars, restaurants and street food. Try Meşhur balıkcı Mehmet Usta for a fresh fish wrap (balık dürüm).

Breakfast was just ok if you don't expect too much.

The hotel's location is perfect. It's in the center of the historic part of the city, very close to New Galata Port trading center and Galata tower. Many restaurants and Cafe are near. The hotel itself is clean and renovated. The breakfast is perfect. Everything is tasty and ther eis much food. The view from the terrace is nice.

The bed for 2 people is very small. We were afraid to fall from it every night. The cleaning lady from the room service several times through away our personal things like cotton ear sticks or sweets. There is a definite problem with doorstops. Everytime someone from another room leaves it the door claps very loudly. We woke up at night very often. Wifi in a new building in the evening didn't work several times.

Good bed, a nice shower, and a bathroom in general. Quite enough. Shops and cafes really close as well as Galata Port. Personal was really kind and polite. I would consider this hotel again next time when I would be in Istanbul.

Not the best quality of some stuff (small scars on the walls but it wasn't really noticeable). Not the best view from the window but for this money it's good.
