Good location, clean, nice staff, comfortable

The walls are so thin, you can hear literally everything. You hear the elevator, the guests in the next room and even the sound from their phones.

Great location, modern, clean , spacious room with efficient use of space.Staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent at a fair price and they were very friendly and accommodating. The hamaam was exceptional. We booked the hotel transfer from the hotel to the airport and it was excellent and professional

The hotel is at excellent location, near the Galata port. Plenty of dining options as the street is packed with restaurant and bars. Do not miss the Baklava shop 100 meters away. Clean, modern rooms, large modern TV with screen mirroring!!!. Bathroom and shower - good. Good and fast internet. Staff - will do anything for you. Breakfast is good, lot of local dishes. Ask for Turkish caffe, they will make it for you. Thank you Hotel Galata for 2 nice days!

the staff are super friendly, the cleaners are nice and cooperative , near to the galata port, plus the area has a lot of cafes, restaurants and small grocery stores, the breakfast was standard and very simple but high quality and I personally liked it, for others it might be very simple and the choices are limited

There’s no sound proof at all, the walls were super thin, you can easily hear the TV from room next to you , at night there’s a near Bar that turn on loud music, you can easily feel that you are inside the bar for me the hotel is 10/10 I loved it but those walls without the sound proof were a big issue to me . if you are a normal/light sleeper that’s an issue , if you are a heavy sleeper and sounds are not an issue for you, this place is excellent a ( Tip ) ask for the rooms in the 2-3 floor and near the corners, they are a bit quieter because the are away from the center and the elevator where there’s alot of noise

The staff were super friendly and nice, the breakfast was phenomenal, with quite a lot of options, with some of them changed on a daily basis. The breakfast is served on a rooftop restaurant with a good view of the Bosporus, and id definitely recommend it. The room was quite cozy, even though it was not that spacious, however it was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. During our stay most likely there weren't too many guests in the hotel and whenever we visited the spa after sunset, no other guests were using it, and we basically had a private spa. The sauna was great, spacious and with a good view from inside of it, the turkish bath was fine, and the pool had quite a warm water, it had incredible lights above it, giving an impression you are swimming under the night sky, and overall the whole spa experience was lovely. Last but not least the location of the hotel is astounding. It is located below the Galata tower and towards the shore, and at first sight the street where it is located, might not seem as much, however the streets in and around the hotel are full of life, super safe, friendly people where most speak English, great choices for restaurants, bars, street food and so on. I'd definitely recommend putting aside some time after sunset ti visit some of this places as they are so vibrant, not that expensive and are a great experience to visit. As a final note on the location, in terms of tourist attractions and things to visit, everything is quite close, we were walking basically to all of the attractions in the European part that we wanted to see, and nothing was super far away from the hotel. As a final note i have to stay the cat that stays in the lobby is really gorgeous and friendly, and she has her own chair within the lobby, where she can be found each night.

There was not much a view from the room that I was staying. The pool needs a bit more cleaning in some of the corners.

We loved this hotel. The location was excellent. A very chic street/area full of restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Had a fridge, two pillows per person, bed comfy, good shower gel and shampoo, good towels, etc. The pool was excellent! Warm and relaxing. And so was the rest of the spa and the gym. The staff were very helpful and really nice.

The only thing I can say is that cars cannot drive up to the property so you can’t be dropped right outside. It is very close to the road though and the staff will help with bags from the road if you ask. And actually it’s a good thing walking out to a street with no cars.

Great location near restaurants, bars, sights and transport. Clean and modern with excellent pool, steam room and sauna in the basement. Good breakfast. Staff helpful and even lent their tram pass to use. Clean and comfortable room. Value for money. Recommend.

Little to fault other than extra charge for fresh juice and fresh coffee at breakfast !!

+ location + spa area (free bottles of water there) + every day cleaning of rooms + clean spa area + every day provision of water&coffee + provided everything we asked for (extra blanket, table, robes) + friendly staff + adorable kitties next to hotel entrance + cleaning ladies are very pleasant, felt safe to leave things without constant locking everything up + great laundry Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to travel to Istanbul :)

Wow. What a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location! Such a great vibe outside with restaurants everywhere and so convenient to the tram and ferry. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious with a luxury feel. Lots of room for bags and an extra large shower with separate toilet. It’s a small hotel that is built very recently so everything is clean and fresh. The absolute best thing is the pool, sauna and hammam. All clean and well maintained. Gorgeous starlight ceiling so you feel like you are outdoors. Best hammam and sauna we’ve ever had!!! Felt so relaxed afterwards. Kids loved the pool and it wasn’t heavily chlorinated like most indoor pools. Made for a relaxing evening after a hot day of sightseeing.

We did stay in this hotel for 6 nights (our first hotel we did stay 5 nights in another area), the location was perfect as well as the early check in. We had a family room which give just some extra space, the room was clean, no bother for asking more water and we did enjoy to eat in the restaurant for lunch and dinner, during lunch we did had the restaurant for ourself and price/quality is excellent. Breakfast is cosy and the staff are walking the extra step and in our situation it was bringing turkish tea without asking to our table. We also did like the swimming pool and hamman, and of course the amazing red house cat, and breakfast served for the cats in the morning.
