nothing criminal! but... -sometimes there were problems with wi-fi, but I lived at the end of the corridor and there were many guests, maybe the network was overloaded -the wallpaper in the room was torn and taped over -the walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors room 104

The hotel is absolutely centrally located in relation to the Grand Bazaar. Walking distance is about 2-300 meters. Buses to Istanbul Airport are approximately 4-450 metres away. The cheapest way to get there ( for 2 persons it was 80 lira ) The pictures on the property's website are accurate. The breakfast area was as you see there. Everything was delicious. There were many kinds of food and drinks waiting for us. We had different dishes every day. Every day the kitchen started on time. You have to pay extra for the freshly made omelette, but there is no point in ordering it as there is plenty of choice on offer. They are constantly restocking the dishes that are running out. All the staff were very helpful and kind.

Very nice hotel with good location only 5 minutes from Grand Bazaar and very close to main touristic area in sultanahmet by walking, room is nice and clean, nice staff very helpfull specially Ercan the manager very professsional and always very helpful, I do recommend for price and quality of service! I appreciated that there is a terrace in the rooftop of the hotel which offer an amazing view of Istanbul! I do recommend this hotel

Cooperation of Staff they were very nice and helpful Location is almost mid of market area, though there is no noise inside the hotel

Rooms were a bit small, and the bid mattresses are old and don't match bed size as well as below are old they aren't comfortable

Hotel's staff is very friendly! They gave me early check-in without extra payments and suggested breakfast the same day as I was leaving earlier the next morning. Warm duvet and comfortable pillows. Hot water, hair drier, toiletries, TV. It was very quiet at night comparing to other areas of Istanbul.

It was quite cold in March. However, it's as cold in many places in Istanbul in the winter. Toilet was leaking a bit. Taxi to the airport = 40€ Fridge drinks are not free. There is a construction outside.

The staff are very good, responsive and smiling guys. The location is perfect. Ufuk is an extremely good boy, thanks to him we managed to catch our plane. The taxi was running late and he helped us get there on time. Thanks Ufuk! I wish you only good things.

The bathroom! The door of the shower cabin does not close and the shower drips constantly.

Everything was great, the staff was really helpful and friendly, especially Ercan. Location was great and close to everything.

We loved the location. It's close to almost every point of interest in Istanbul. You won't need to hope on a bus to go around if you like walking though you can get on the Tram that is just steps away. The hotel is very clean and everyone was very respectful. They helped us with everything that we needed so definitely would recommend the place. They also let us do early check-in, which was perfect because we had an overnight flight.

The bathroom in our room had water coming through the ceiling. One of the days the floor was all wet because of infiltration but was promptly cleaned when we brought it to their attention. The bed that we slept in wasn't that comfy. It seemed as there was a canoe on one of the sides. Still, we enjoyed our stay.

The location is central and close to everything, Very accessible and easy to commute from. The employee at the front desk was super helpful, and they even allowed us to keep our luggage with them for 4 days while we travel to other cities in Turkey.
