Exceptional Stay in Istanbul! I’ve stayed in many hotels in Istanbul, but this one truly became the best for me. It has everything you could wish for: • Balcony with a sea view, even in winter: The balcony with a sea view is a special highlight, even during the colder months. It’s a cozy and private spot to enjoy the beautiful scenery. • Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast is simply amazing — diverse, fresh, and tasty, perfect for starting the day. • Outstanding Staff: The staff are incredibly friendly, communicative, and always ready to help. Their attention to detail and care made the stay even more enjoyable. • Daily Room Cleaning: The housekeeping was exceptional — everything was spotless and tidy every day. • Perfect Location Near Beyazit Tram Stop: The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk from the Beyazit tram stop, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

Hotel is clean, furnished with essential items and provide comfortable beds. Its located in the heart of old city.Staff is very helpful and room cleanness is arranged on daily basis. Hotel provides a combination of English and a variety of traditional, healthy breakfast ranging from fresh fruit, Turkish marmalade’s ,jams, fresh tasty Turkish baked food and nearly 20 flavoured plus Turkish tea/ coffee. Breakfast will provide you energy for the day while you can enjoy sea view from some of the restaurant windows. Location wise, it’s best. Less than 5 mins walk to Grand Bazar and 1 min to train/tram stop. Though hotel is at walking distance from iconic Hagia Sophia and fantastic ottoman architectures like Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace, Arasta Bazar and Spice /Egyptian Bazar but the train stop close to the hotel straight goes to all these places quickly and is a cheaper way to travel. Just buy a train card once and you will have to top up accordingly but definitely a cheaper way to travel in the city. It’s also close to many restaurants and cafes for lunch/dinner and Turkish shops to buy Turkish delights, souvenirs or other stuff.

Perfect location, just 5 min to Kapali Charshi. Clean and warm, very quite, having in mind the top location. Really nice breakfast with a wonderful view. The bed was so comfortable, although the pillows were quite thick, with a high loft. I highly recooment this place and will defenately come back to it next time I visit Istanbul.

The only thing I did not like is that the room was a non smoker one but it had this smoke smell. I will recooment to the reception to explicitely warn their customers NOT to smoke in the rooms as the smell stays.

Very good location near the Bazaar, but most of all I was impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff in the lobby were, especially Ijmit or Umit, I'm not sure how to spell the name correctly. Very clean and tidy hotel and the price is very affordable

Great location, nice room, and price for the conditions offered!

Front desk staff can be a little more customer oriented and not talking to you like they do you a favor, impersonal and with the "I do not really care" attitude! They never greet you when the see you coming, nor show friendliness, which is a little strange for a hotel that claims 4-stars. No offense, but training your staff on customer relations can make a big difference.

This hotel is amazing I arrived very early at 9am only for storing my luggage but they did their best to prepare the room for me and I got checked in by 10am . I was offered a nice tea while waiting Location is 1 minute walk to tram and a short 15min walk to Sultanahmet Waiver is a very kind guy as the owner The breakfast has a lot of variety , liked it a lot I Will stay here again when I come back to Istanbul Also , Istanbul is very safe but the hotel is next to a police station.

we visited Istanbul and stayed at Grand along with our other family members in 4 rooms in grand rosa hotel. The property itself was very clean, and the receptionist was helpful in every time to book us taxis and different tours around Istanbul. The hotel location is in great place, as grand bazar is walking distance, tram station is only 2 mins walk away. very accessible to ayya Sofia and blue mosque.

This hotel is in a PERFECT location to explore all the main sites by foot!!! The Turkish breakfast that is included is also amazing!! Beds are super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to explore all the main attractions by foot. Very close to the tram station as well! The staff were also very friendly and helped with anything we needed.

The only negative is the black mold in the shower…yuck!

The location is very close to the historic center and tram station. The rooms are small but very comfortable and clean. The bed is comfortable with white bed linen. The breakfast is rich and the restaurant offers a beautiful view of the sea and the Blue Mosque. Near the hotel you can find a lot of restaurants and terases. The personal very frendly.
