Everything was fine: service, breakfast, staff.

It is not allowed to bring food from outside and the food is very expensive in the cafe that the hotel works with. There is a stadium where American football is played right next to the hotel. Sounds are heard until 2-3 o'clock at night.

The hotel has everything you need and for great value! I loved how clean everything was, especially the bathroom. The air conditioning works very well. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from different bus stops and the metro; just make sure to wear comfortable shoes to walk those hills. It was very easy to arrive from the airport at night and the front desk was very helpful receiving me. The area around the hotel is very quiet and safe. Arriving late at night was never a problem. I think it is a great hotel for a traveler. There was not much entertainment in the room, but there was a nice terrace on the first floor, I always saw people hanging around and having a good time. Also, the front desk is 24/7, very helpful.

I would have appreciated more variety of food for breakfast, but overall, it was good. Also, personnel of the hotel has a basic-intermediate english. Enough to communicate, and that's what matters.

- Great location near Gayretteppe metro station and buses stations. - The price is very good compared to the quality. - The staff are very cooperative and helpful. - The hotel is clean. - The room is very good, and has a great window view to a garden and streets, and the room is comfortable and well equipped. - The bathroom is good and clean, and has a good shower and clean towels. - There is an AC and very good warming system in the room and toilet, and there is a small window in the bathroom. - There is a safe for valuables, and there is a water boiler and coffee and tea sachets. - I was provided with Iron and Ironing table for free. - There is a sign for do not disturb or clean the room.

- The room card has 24 hrs validity and need to be activated everyday by the reception staff, and they had not tell me about, so I was everyday going up then I comeback to reception for activation, and when I asked why is it happening, I have been told I need to activate it everyday. - The water boiler did not work, and I could not find the AC remote control. - In the bathroom, they provide you with a gel used for hair and body which I did not like, and I have bought a soap and shampoo from the market. - There is no room door eye for security, and no security sliding lock for partial opening of the door, but there is a sliding lock for closed door. - The WIFI did not work for me, but I did not request help because I had a good sim card Internet.

Breakfast was the same every day, it was little bit annoying, but I guess it's fine for the price. Lots of street cats asked for food while breakfast time, it was cute, my son fed them and he was happy about it.

Some visitors smoked inside their room, and the smoking smell felt everywhere, especially in my room. We visited the Istanbul at October, so it was possible to open the window for getting free air, but I think, it could be annoying during summer time for people, who don't like smoking smell. I would say, that the hotel doesn't suit for people who don't smoke.

The location is perfect if you travel with a car. You don't need to drive in small streets and there is a private parking inside. Just keep in mind you have to give them your car keys for them to move the car if needed. The location is tourist safe and close to metro and bus stops. The saff was very helpful even giving advice on where to go in the city and how to get there. The room was clean and comfortable with nice view over the city. There is a breakfast included which was basic but fine.

My room was close to the elevator so it was a bit noisy but not really a big deal if you have earplugs

the breakfast was good a little bit repetitive but quite fulfilling , the room were clean after the passage of the housekeepers non of my thing were stolen also hot water in shower is always available the wifi was good the heating was working , the staff doesn't speak good English but you can be understandable , well in general I am satisfied .

my only remark it would have been better if the windows in my room could be open totally , there was a security lock that make you open partially the windows , other than than nothing to say

The room was clean. The food was fresh and of good quality. I especially like the bathroom that was of pristine cleanliness. Both nights I slept very well and felt myself very comfortable and safe.

Wi-Fi wasn't working properly on the 4th floor that my room was at. If having internet connection is important to you I would recommend changing the room. I was also fighting a little bit with a shower bracket, but it didn't affect my stay very much ;)

Personally I find the location perfect, it's not my first trip to Istanbul and definitely the best location I ve experienced so far. Walking distance to metro station, not far from city centre and close to M11 metro which takes you to the airport direct. Room was nice and clean, good value for money for a 3 * hotel

It's a bit old hotel but there is nothing wrong with that

great location, amazing receptionists(they helped me with a lot personally and I truly enjoyed talking to them they made my stay pleasant ), great cleaning(they cleaned my room every day,new sheets,new water bottles and cleaning staff were extremely polite)

it’s an old building,smell of smoke was horrible,shower is so slippery, I really don’t want to complain about the breakfast but I had vary more delicious breakfast in a 3 star hotel in the same area with the quite similar price range so over all it needs improvement.

Stayed there for 5 nights, my breakfast was booked. Not many options in breakfast though but it was worth against the room price. It was not great room from inside but it is good if you want to spend most of the times out of the hotel and it saves you great deal of money.

Rooms were weary. Lift is bit too small but works fine.
