Convenient location, modern clean rooms, comfortable bed. Despite the fact that the windows faced the pedestrian street, it was quite quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not a bad breakfast.

Everything would have been just wonderful, but the wonderful impressions were spoiled by one unpleasant incident: money was stolen from the room. It was our that we did not put it into the safe, just left in a bag. Nevertheless, it was very unpleasant.

Clean room and perfect location to be surrounded by historical sites. Has a good breakfast at the rooftop that is enjoyable. Most importantly, the staff in this hotel is super passion with great hospitality. They frequently helped us out for every issue and answers all our problems.

The entrance is surrounded by restaurants that plays music a bit noisy. But it’s very fine in the room.

the location is very good walkable 5mins distance from all sultanahmet attractions also it is in midst of all the local restraunts. The hotel staffs are friendly, very effiecient and pleasant. The receptionist Mr. john and team was very welcoming too. i got an upgraded room (as per the receptionist) The rooms was very spacious even good for family or more than 2 ppl. The breakfast spread is good with limited but tasty food. its a roof top restraunt with a beautiful view of hagiasophia, the view with the breakfast makes the begining of the day wonderful. I am happy with my stay here and i got a good deal from booking.com but i extended my stay for 2 more nights and the reception team matched up the bookin.com price (actually slighly better as one of the exteneded days was showing highrer in booking.com) especially in the peak holiday season (Eid holidays) i paid 75 euro per night which i feel is a good deal for this hotel. there was enough complimentary water.

Our stay was not planned du to the flight cancellation. The communication with the hotel was perfect. The staff met us at the taxi ! We arrived early morning 1:30 AM, the check in was professional, and the only opened restaurant at this time 10 meters from the Hotel ! It saved us ! The hotel absolutely new !! may be we were the first guests in our room. Roof terrace breakfast. Thank you !

This is a nice, clean hotel with an excellent location near many restaurants and main tourist attractions. The price is very reasonable and the staff are excellent and extremely helpful. Unlike other places, prices for additional services like taxi transport, etc. are very reasonable. The rooms are modern in appearance and even my smaller room worked very well. The bathroom was large and clean. Again, the excellent staff will really go out of their way to make their guests feel welcome. If you want a reasonable and trustworthy place to stay, look no further.

The breakfast could be improved. While there is not much space, better food options would make this a better experience. And please get rid of the coffee machine which uses instant coffee - it is nasty.

New, clean, modern hotel in a strategic location. The Sultanehmet tram station is a 1-2 minute walk literally just around the corner and able to walk to all the attractions in the old city. The walk from hagia sophia to the hotel is on a slight incline but very mild compared to other slopes in istanbul. The hotel is opposite to a row of restaurants, some of which open until midnight and play music so it feels safe to walk back to the hotel late at night - there is still some faint music with the windows closed but we were able to sleep just fine and not really consider it a nuisance. Service was exceptional, especially from Kedir. The hotel arranged transport from the airport (for a fee) and he greeted us at the taxi drop off point and helped carry some bags to the hotel (the hotel is on a pedestrian-only street so there is some 2 minutes walk from the drop off point). They helped us with recommendations and laundry services. They also offered to keep our bags and stroller in the hotel during our 3 days in Cappadocia for free which we really appreciated.

While the hotel has a lift, there are still stairs to enter the hotel and to go up to the rooftop where breakfast is served. However, the hotel staff were kind enough to carry our bags/strollers up/down the stairs if they were there without us having to ask. Just something to note for people with mobility issues.

I highly recommend Hotel ESVE Istanbul, based on the excellent service we received from KADIR and ABDUL. Also, the location of this hotel is excellent, due to the fact, that as soon as you walk out of the hotel, there many great restaurants to choose from. Tram is less than 2 mins walk, small grocery stores, souvenir shops, money exchange kiosks, ATM’s etc. From the moment we arrived, KADIR and ABDUL went above and beyond to make my experience truly enjoyable. KADIR and ABDUL, were not only friendly and professional but also incredibly attentive to details. Whether it was answering our questions, recommending local attractions, or promptly addressing requests, they made us feel like a valued guest throughout out stay. The hospitality and positive attitude were truly refreshing, and I am grateful for the warm and welcoming environment provided by these employees. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

We arrived at 4am in the morning, and the hosts helped us wheel our luggage to the hotel, where check-in was quick. Our rooms were ready for us to rest after a night journey. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were always:there to assist and help in any way they could, and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Situated in a busy street full of restaurants, the location is perfect for all the main attractions, including Hagia Soohia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and the Topkapi palace. We loved our stay and felt at home. We highly recommend it.

The location is brilliant, right in the hustle and bustle with lots of restaurants just outside. Bed was firm and comfortable - we had a deluxe double, I think the economy rooms are much smaller but this was perfect for us and our cases with room to move around. Staff were amazing and so helpful and welcoming - even wishing me a happy birthday during our stay! If you are really sensitive to noise maybe bring earplugs as you can hear the restaurants outside but they do finish up / quieten down by midnight- I slept fine with ear plugs and my husband didn’t need any. We would recommend this hotel for a long weekend stay and we would come back and stay here again.

The breakfast could have had a little more variety but, there are plenty of restaurants outside if you fancy a change one morning - but we ate so much during our stay that we didn’t need breakfast some days 😂
