Cleaner would come everyday to clean the room and bathroom. Hotel is easily accessible and very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and easy to approach. Room looks as it does in the pictures, double bed with a sofa bed next to the window and a balcony. I was surprised by this, as a lot of hotels don't live up to the photos. For the price we paid, and compares to what i was expecting, the hotel exceeded my expectations and i would stay here again

Only issues, there weren't enough sockets, and the water temperature would cool down after 12pm. I don't know if this was more of a city issue, or a hotel issue. Otherwise, the water temperature was amazingly hot during the day making showers an enjoyable experience.

We’ve booked a standart room so I didn’t excpect a lot but I can honestly say room was very very nice , well equipped and beds are also very comfortable. Cleanliness was great with daily cleaning. Staff very helpful. Rooms was quiet so we had an amazing stay. Location amazing just few steps from Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque.

Everything was great maybe small things could be improved like give more toilet paper rolls to bathroom and give more paper or plastic cups for guests. We had only 2 paper cups on the room. Those small things could bring higher comfort for guests.

I went to Turkey and it was my third time just for vacation. This Place ticks all the boxes. The staff specially SAHIN, he gave me the best rooms with the most perfect view of the mosques, helped in any matter overall the best staff i have come across. The Room was clean beautiful and it had everything available had no issues whatsoever.

Overall the place was really nice I don’t think there is anything that comes in mind that i didn’t like as I had a very comfortable and a happy experience while staying here.

The location was perfect, near blue mosque area close to most touristic attractions, plus the value of money ( went in Mach)

Noisy area, stairs not mentioned in description that you need someone helping you in baggage ( none there the lady called a man from the restaurant) none was at the reception when I arrived she doesn’t speak english and most annoying thing was her knocking on the door every day wanting me to go out in order to clean to room her suitable time!!!!!!! One day seems she left before i went out so the room wasn’t cleaned and I d lack of toilet paper .

We were really pleasantly surprised by this place — we had a clean and very spacious room, with a comfortable bathroom, a kettle and complimentary coffee/tea, and a small but lovely balcony with views of Hagia Sophia. The staff was attentive and accommodated a slightly earlier check in since we arrived sleep deprived after an overnight flight. We were really grateful for this!

There’s nothing we didn’t like — it can be tricky to spot the entrance to the place at first, but by asking anyone in the restaurants nearby you’ll find it. All good.

Great location, right off the main square in fatih. Helpful staff and good area. Just be aware that you're in a touristic hot spot so be wary of prices.

Room and everything is great. Just be aware that it is in a slightly noisier part of town and the windows aren't 100% soundproof. Thus you might hear some late night activity until places close (circa 2-3am)

The room is very comfortable, spacious and clean. The location is perfect, there is a tram station nearby. It is easy to reach all parts of Istanbul. Certain sights are only a few minutes walk away, such as the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Basilica Cistern. The hotel and restaurant staff are amazing. Everyone was so nice, joyful and always ready to answer our every question and request. Special thanks goes to Şahin and Eşref. The boys are wonderful. They always tried to make us feel at home. The food was very nice too. We forgot the names of the people who work there, but they were all so nice! If we ever come back to Istanbul, we will definitely choose this place again.

Beautiful small cosy hotel in a pleasant and safe neighborhood with numerous restaurants, literally just a step away from the Sultanahmet historical center and all of its vibrant and live and colorful atmosphere! Couldn't imagine better location for getting to all sights on foot . Aya Sophia, Topkapi, Basilica on the sight / Bayazit Sq, Bazar10 min walk / Galata bridge some 15 min walk (maybe less). I have to say that this was my first visit to Istanbul and also for me, as a woman in 50s, a sort of a personal challenge to travel as a tourist all alone with no agency backup help. Therefore I must say that this hotel was the best choice ever - not only because of its location and safe environment but also because of its so nice and so friendly welcoming and at the same time highly professional and assisting employees! They certainly are the soul of this hotel! They have made me feel not like just a short term tourist but like a person and this is something I will remember forever! Big hug for all of you dear guys: both receptionists and the assisting lady Azade! Spacious room for a couple. Clean and tidy! Smells nice and the location in the middle of everything. Walking distance to hagia and blue mosque. The tram just infront of the apartment and its so convenient to go to other places. But dont expect the serrounding to be quiet because the restaurant just right below the apartment, it can be loud at night sometimes but its okay for me. Overall its a good choice to stay here during my holiday. Recomended!!
