The hospitality of the hotel was so nice. The staffs were well trained for the guests' requests, such as arrangement of tour, transportation, etc.

The hot stuffs was not ready at the opening of the breakfast.

Great looking hotel, well kept, excellent location, both walking to major attractions and for local restaurants and shops, friendly multilingual staff ready to help, rooftop breakfast with a va view of Hagia Sophia, updated shower, new sound proof windows (important in central Istanbul), and a very friendly welcome.

It is a boutique hotel, these rooms are quite small for two people, although we managed. The tv was relatively small and the channels that worked were non HD and mostly German. Would be nice to have a socket with a non-EU adaptor or at least a USB charger. The “Love” balloon and electric candles used as part of the welcome decor were removed next morning, I assume to use for other guests. We didn’t mind but would be nice if they asked. These were minor things, overall we were satisfied with our 4 nights stay.

The most beautiful building on the street, the hotel is not big but very cozy. The stuff is extremely polite and helpful. They have solved all our problems, answered all our questions, helped us with transportation cards and restaurants. Their morning services for breakfast were very pleasant. The building is soundproof, we were not disturbed by our neighbors. Airconditioning was working perfectly. Cleaning service was very good, the bathroom condiments were at hand and always replenished. The hotel was providing free bottled water, tea bags, etc. The hotel is very close to the tram station, cafes and restaurants. An opportunity to go anytime by the elevator to the upstairs terrace with a view on the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque and a great coffee machine was an additional bonus. Rooms are not very big, but well-furnished and clean.

The property was located in the old town of Istanbul within short walking distances to the key attractions, the Blue Mosque, Sophia Hague Mosque to name a couple. We were greeted on arrival with orange juice and a Turkish delight which was very welcoming especially after a long flight. The staff were fantastic and made you feel like you were part of a family. The breakfast was delicious and was served on the roof top of the hotel with a view of the Sophia Hague Mosque surrounded by bougainvilleas. It is a beautiful little boutique hotel that was a highlight of our stay in Istanbul.

I stayed at the property for four nights prior to going to Pamukkale for two. I was happy that I had already booked an additional two nights for when I returned to Istanbul. So I stayed there twice for a total of six nights. Great location close to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and the Basilica Cistern. Friendly, helpful staff. The owner/manager Harum even showed up with a chocolate lava cake, complete with fresh strawberries, at my door on the last night of my first stay. And the front desk clerk gave me a gift upon my final departure. I would love to have an opportunity to stay at the White House Hotel again.

Nothing. Everything was great, including the breakfasts.

The staff in White House Hotel were second to none. They went out of their way to help in every possible way, guided and encouraged by the assistant manager. Kemal and led by Hakun. They both explained the area in detail and advised on the number one sight-seeing trips. We were welcomed by Harun with an orange fruit drink and Turkish delight and we were offered an upgrade to our room, free of charge. The breakfast served on the roof terrace was everything we wanted and was presented beautifully.

Just one downside was that the room we chose to get upgraded to was on the ground floor and the water being discharged from upper rooms was noisy through our bathroom.

- Great location, walking distance to Gulhane Park (great if traveling with a baby) and key sightseeing attractions. - Professional staff all around (reception, terrace, housekeeping), went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. - Wonderful, free-access terrace. - Clean rooms, good quality baby crib.

- The description clearly states there is no restaurant on-site but because ‘room service’ is listed as part of the facilities I thought there would be a simple room service menu on offer which is not the case (the kitchen only serves breakfast). There are however multiple restaurants in the area and in adjacent buildings to the hotel so not an issue. - Breakfast variety is good but quality can be improved.

Our family of five had an exceptional stay at the White House Hotel and highly recommend! From the moment we booked until we said goodbye, Harun and his staff treated us with prompt and helpful communication and just as we were family. We booked two standard rooms and were amazed at the cleanliness and care given to the property. It is located is such a central part and great location in Sultanahmet, yet so quiet and such a comfortable respite in the middle of all the busyness of the city. Harun assisted us with every request ranging from restaurant recommendations to tour options to laundry facilities to experiencing an authentic hammam. Highly recommend and very grateful to Harun and his staff for such an outstanding stay!

The hotel is impeccably clean. Mr. Harun CADIRCI and his staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing personalized service and great care. Their warmth and friendliness made our stay truly special, and we felt like we were part of their family. Great location, just 2 to 3 minutes walk to the tram and historic sights. The room was spacious. The breakfast right at the hotel was a great way to start the day. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. The staff were always ready to assist with any requests and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. Overall, It was a very nice experience.
