The staff helpfulness the young gentleman Yunus was so helpful with everything and they Realy go that xtra mile , everything was so amazing , it’s like Realy home away from home , and I will definetly be back .Thankyou for the Amazing service.
Maybe the breakfast can be a bit better but overall you guys are Amazing never mind the breakfast .

spacious rooms, nice breakfast area
hard to communicate with administration of hotel, I return one room, initially booked 6 rooms, then we have been fit well in 6 rooms and did not took the keys from 6th room, but I was charged for all 6 rooms.

If you have business in Merter location is ok and room it’s ok, clean.
I DIDN T LIKED THE STAFF! Is absolutely not acceptable to work in a hotel reception and not speak english! They are terrible! They don t even ynderstand when you talk normal stuff like “5 minutes “ or I want a coffee.staff is completly not polite, not professional and it ruins any good point of the hotel. Staff is the most important in a hotel. Ohh they don t even know how to do a check in. I never in my life experience such a bad service. They reception staff is gossiping about you in front of you!
