The hotel was in a beautiful location. Restaurant and shops surround the area. It was a 5 minute walk to the train station, town centre, a mall. It was very reasonably priced considering all the bonuses that came with it. The staff was lovely and accommodating. 24/7 help and support.

Nothing it was perfect.

Having had an 8-hour delay for my flight, the establishment was very understanding and agreed to cancel the reservation without charge. The hotel is very close to the Istanbul international airport shuttle stop in the middle of Aksaray. Having been able to see the room, it complies with the booking description. Thank you again for your kind gesture.

A staff called Umit is the best you can ever meet. He's so hospitable, nice, kind etc, I am short of words. Look forward for him whenever you lodge.

I dislike nothing

Employees are very cooperative and well behaved and room was nice.

Everything was good.

The location is good because is close to tram, metro and airport transfer bus. The streets around are very narrow and dirty and the buildings are old and some under reconstruction. In anycase there are plenty of turkish eating places around

The room size is very small comparing with the description available online. For deluxe double room the size is approx 9m2 instead of 25m2

I like the place and the cleanliness

The hostess was also the cleaning staff, and she treated me rudely. Additionally, the room was extremely small.

The hotel was well located, near the metro/bus station. Many times we even used to go by foot to the city center. On the departure day, the receptionist was kind to accept storing our luggage until the evening, as we were having a late flight. We enjoyed the bathroom hot water.

The cleanliness was really poor. When we arrived the toilet was dirty (splashed with urine on the toilet roll), the bath’s door was dirty as well and the room was dusty). There was also a persistent cigarette smell inside. The hotel was very noisy, no matter the hour: once I was woken up at 3am because the staff was knocking at one door over and over again and then conversations started; another day, at 7am the staff started cleaning the room from above by dragging the furniture all around; everybody was speaking very loudly no matter the time; the room was indead very small. The street is noisy as well.

it was cheap, and close enough to where we needed to be. there was one area that had a mini fridge, small kitchenette that we could use, and a small table with two chairs.

the booking said it was a private bathroom, but it ended up being shared. we didn't realize this until later that evening when we came back into the room. by then, it was too late for us to change and we were tired. it had a distinct smell in the common area and the shared bathroom that smelled like dirty feet and body odor.
