The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The room is quite big, there is enough space. There are clean sheets and towels, shampoos, shower gels and even bottles of water, tea cups, Turkish tea and sugar. The hosts are super hospitable, communicative, ready to help you in any way. The location is great, this part of Istanbul is very safe especially for walking around late at night, the neighborhood is lively, full of open cafes and people walking. Bosphorus is some 5 minutes walk away which is also great, this is where the ferry station is located. The Galata Tower is also located in this neighborhood. Some 7-8 minutes away is the transportation (mini metro) that takes you to Istiklal street, and from there you can go anywhere you want. Definitely recommend, would come back again.

The hotel is small but cozy, with a spiral staircase. Great place, small quite street.  An area of cafes and restaurants for all tastes. But at night  in silence. At the end of the street where Pandan is is a bar with a large selection of Turkish wine, I recommend. Everything is close by: tram and bus stops, funicular, ferry terminal, newly landscaped "Galataport" with promenade, noteworthy Ali Pasha hammam, crossing the fish bridge - market. Helpful staff, if you need anything - ask and there will be. Manager Davut - high culture, fluent in English, helps in the most difficult situations. He was able to cope with four Misses travelers full of requests and problems. Only one note, perhaps he could be a bit more demanding to the staff cleaning the rooms.

I was looking on the internet which city areas are the best for a tourism in Istanbul. Everywhere was written that Beyoglu is the best for reaching mostly everything by feet. So, I was looking for two rooms in popular Beyoglu. Luckily, I decided for Pandan Karakoy! It is a comfortable, chic, trendy and authentic Hotel in the middle of some streets where “life starts” in the evening with a lot of restaurants, street food and bars. All the people were SO nice and helpful! They also organised a shuttle for us from and to the airport. We got our own VW Bus with an own driver and a really comfortable car. Arriving at the hotel we were shown our rooms and there was really nothing missing. It is like 20 square meters, has a big bed and a bathroom with toilet, shower and everything you need. And in addition, everything was super clean! In the morning you get Turkish coffee, Americano, Cappuccino and breakfast. It was really a pleasure to stay in the hotel!

The room is tiny but comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. It’s located on a busy street but quiet in the same time. Proper soundproofing. Hospitable stuff helps with suitcases to lift Them By the stairs. The location is nice for tourists -5. Minutes to ferry station And to the tunnel so you can reach any places comfortably

Staff was amazing, very welcoming and took good care of me and my family. The room are clean and with a nice decoration. We stayed in a room for 3 and we had enough space for our suitcases and to move in. The location is ideal in the middle of a neighboorhood full of restaurants, cafes and bars but yet not too noisy. And can easily and quickly reach by walk the new portside walk with shops and cafes, or the old bazaar crossing the bridge. Very convenience localisation. The hotel has a very cute and tasty coffee shop with snacks available downstairs.

No elevator. No 24h reception. But yet always available by message.

perfect location amongst the cafes, bars and restaurants of Karakoy. Walkable to anywhere in the city as well as only a 5 minute walk to metro/tram. The room was bright and airy and well sound-proofed!!

Bed was a bit short for my partner who is just under 6 foot but that’s because the room is on the smaller side. Only an issue if you’re tall. It would be great to have a tourist map of the city provided.

Location is perfect. we walked everywhere . amazing restaurants and Excellent coffee shops just walking distance… Staff is so friendly and super helpful. we felt like a VIP. whatever you need they will help. also they ordered taxi for us to take us back to the airport . and helped with suitcases .

No elevator, for me it’s all fine. Staff helped us to bring suitcases to our floor , but for someone with knee problem. just be aware . Also, restaurant outside play music till midnight is sometimes 1 am. I honestly enjoyed the music and kept the window open. but if you light sleepers. Be aware .

Very good location, it takes 10 min to Galata Tower, 10 min to old city. There are many cafes on this street and it is very lively, you can walk even when it's already dark. The room was clean, bed big enough. There are everything you need- hair dryer, slippers, iron, bath accessorizes. Very friendly staff, always ready to help you. Small, but good and fresh breakfast.

Pillows are too hard. But we’be been in many hotels in Turkey and almost everywhere it’s so. Not enough place for personal belongings- I would add one more drawer. Sometimes music from other cafes is very disturbing, even after 23.00, even with a closed window

Amazing location! It’s in a fantastic location. You can go everywhere within 20 min. Either take the tram to old Istanbul (Hagi Sophia, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar) or walk to Galata Tower or Eminönü. Bosphorus Tours are available in Eminönü. There is also Karakoy Port 5 min away, where you can take a ferry to Kadıköy on Anatolian Side, which usually takes 20-25 min. We got the room for three people even though we were two. It included a private full bathroom. The room was big enough and provided everything (towels, slippers, shampoo etc.). They had a cafe downstairs, but the building was in the middle of the great restaurants. We could only try the Turkish coffee and teas. The staff was friendly. We left our luggage before the check-in hour, and we self checked out. They also sorted us an airport taxi. You can get an estimation by Uber, but it’s hard to catch one. It’s better to get the same price for the private one from the hotel. Emre was a great manager who helped us with everything and had a kind chat with us. We’d definitely stay again.

Right smack in the heart of KARAKOY. A true Turkish experience. There were couple of people that spoke English. I got there late at night, they reached out me as how to check myself in via a WhatsApp video? It certainly helped.
