The breakfast is a buffet and should be able to satisfy most people's wishes. The placement of the hotel is amazing, it is right in the middle of centrum. The hotel staff treat you with respect and there is absolutely nothing negative to say about them. They don't bother you with anything and they seem very warming and nice. The wifi works very well, didnt work on one of the days we stayed but that was fine.

There were some minor stains on our bedsheets. The sheets were clean, but i think they should replace their stained sheets for new ones. Also we never got new clean towels by room service after they cleaned in our room, and we used the same ones for our almost two week stay. The breakfast was very good, however it was never anything warm, which i would have liked to have. Also i would have enjoyed seeing another sweet option in the buffet such as pancakes or something. Most of the food like the greens was drenched in oil, it is tasty. But i would enjoy seeing something light as well. There should also be implemented basic healthy breakfast options such as oatmeal, natural yoghurt and maybe some variety of fresh fruit or berries.

This hotel was just great! The location was perfect, near every historical site we wanted to visit; near the train and metro station; and most importantly, surrounded by tons of restaurants that offer tasty food! Rooms were cleaned daily, you could ask for new towels or toiletries if needed! The staff was so nice and helpful! They gave us some recommendations and tips, which really helped us! We will stay in this hotel again for sure!

I really can’t find anything I didn't like, everything was just perfect!

There was breakfast included ("all you can eat"), which was awesome! The rooms have everything you need. The people who work there are nice and helpful. They will answer every single question and they will give you anything you need. The food was great (Turkish cuisine)! The area around the hotel is not very nice, but hey... at least the property offered good stuff.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pearl Hotel. This is a small but cozy hotel. The room was clean, the amenities were as stated. Special thanks for the breakfasts, there was a small buffet for breakfast, where you can always choose something according to your taste. The staff is friendly. The location is ideal for tourists, close to major attractions, the bazaar, close to stop from which it is easy to get to the Karaköy area. There are a few things that could be improved, but overall it's very good.

The audibility is quite high, but it seems to be a problem of all premises in Turkey. The refrigerator didn't work well. Also, We would have liked to have a kettle in the room.

Cleaning room and towels during period of stay should be taken into consideration. Also shuttle bus should be cleared for customers whether it is there or not. Thank you.

Breakfast was good. Staff were really efficient and extremely helpful. Great location.

The only minus point is there were no toiletries provided. Such as no shower gel or soap for shower, no lotion or conditioner either.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the landlady speaks very good English, so tourists will have no problem asking for recommendations on where to go, what to eat and what to do in the city. The breakfast was also very good with some traditional Turkish dishes. Addtionally, the location of the hotel is outstanding, since it is very close to the sights which every tourist wants to visit. We had a wonderful time during our 7-nights stay in Istanbul, and if we went back, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

Just one minor thing. Our room could have had an additonal wardrobe, drawer or shelf in addtion to the hangers so that we could unpack our clothes properly.
