Location is very good Staff are so welcoming especially Burak, Mjcahit, Ilyas and Umran The restaurant is so good with too many varieties, the staff are so lovely and welcoming especially Hisim and Mohamed, the chef is so professional and they are capable to offer you whatever you want even if it’s not on the buffet. I love this hotel and I will definitely repeat my experience here

I enjoyed a lot at (CVK Taksim) hotel. It is an elegant and safe hotel with an excellent location in the center of Taksim Square. Most importantly, the reception staff are wonderful and deal with politeness, smile and care, and their service is very wonderful and fast. All the hotel staff make you feel important and provide you with everything you need. The rooms are clean and beautiful, and everything is available. The view of the room was on the beautiful Taksim Street, and my wife enjoyed the view of the mosque and the pleasant movement of people. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the service was fast and elegant. I have been in love with this hotel for 7 years, and I will live in it every year, God willing. Ismail Alshatti - kuwait

The location is more than perfect , Staff Umut was what kept me happier during my stay and he was really cool, cheerf, optimistic, always providing help and guidance.free breakfast buffet was really delicious and simple, cheff and waitresses was nice, over all satay was decent. as for the location it was on the spot near taksim square. if you like to walk around like me it's the best place for you, also the street in front of the hotel is full of taxis and of course you can use taxi applications for a little less fraud.

The breakfast timing wasn't good for me since I return at night and can't wake between 8-11. the bathroom was small compared to others, at friday the morning was busy and a little bit noisy.

Really high quality hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is in the heart of Istanbul in Taksim square. Everything was within reach from the hotel. The staff were really sweet, very cooperative and super helpful, especially the supervisor, Ilias. They really assisted us with any problems we faced from upgrading our room to helping us with a technical issue we faced with our airline company. I have really enjoyed my stay here and it's now my top recommendation for accommodation in Istanbul.

Very friendly and professional staff they do everything to help you during your stay special thanks for Imran from the reception to his support during my stay . In short I always been in Cvk taksim and will never change as this hotel cover all my needs with lovely staff and atmosphere.

The location is perfect, right on Taksim Square. The room was as described on the website, very clean and comfortable. We chose a room without a view but still we got a view of the sunrise every morning. The staff are very friendly and did everything they can to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast is diverse and satisfies all tastes. This hotel is very recommended.

The Air conditioning in our room stopped working for one night but it was fixed the next morning.

Excellent Location with Excellent staff especially Mr. Unran, Mr. Chahid and Mr Mret. They were very friendlya and helpful.
