We had a wonderful stay at Sayina Hotel. Cerena, the hotel manager, was alwyas very kind and attentive and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. I wish every hotel had someone like her. The facilities were always clean and they look just like the pictures with beautiful decor. The location is convenient in the heart of historic Istanbul with lots of restaurants and shops around. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

The street where the hotel is located was a bit dirty as there was a garbage bin close by, but that's of course, not the hotel's fault, but nothing was actually wrong with the hotel.

Just small things you can improve:😉 -we checked the television after we arrived and it had no Internet connection (for Netflix) - didn't matter for us, but maybe the next guests - the toilet seat needs some adjustment to stay in place - a small "bedside table" next to the bed to place a phone/water/book would be great - we had the 4th floor apartment, and for some reason, there were sounds from above - are there birds under the roof? 😅 - we personally did not like the smell of the shampoo/shower gel, but that's not that important

Paid for a breakfast at a neighbouring hotel via Sayina - €7 for an incredibly good buffet and view. The hotel met almost all expectations for the price and the staff were awesome and supportive. The room was brilliant and good value with a location which enabled us to easily explore key parts of Istanbul.

The only drawback was that there was, on some days, an incredibly loud work (e.g. banging wirth a hammer) sound as though work was being done which sounded close enough to originate inside the hotel. This would start at ~8am. As we wanted to get up early, this wasn't a major issue. However if wanting a lie in this would have been extremely frustrating (and was one day). If the hotel is aware of this they should provide some warning.

We stayed at this hotel as a couple, and we absolutely loved it! The location was perfect—just a short walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. The room was spotless and very comfortable, but the highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Without a doubt, they were all incredibly friendly and attentive, both the men and women working there. A special mention goes to the young man on the night shift, who was not only helpful during our stay but also made sure to say goodbye when we left. They even left us some lovely surprises in our room, which made our experience extra special. We can’t recommend this place enough!

The room was clean and the bed was very nice, I can easily say that it was one of the more comfortable beds that I have used in a rental room. It was a little bit small but was quite ok for two people. The area was ok, since a Tram station and all the Mosques and Agia Sophia are like 6 mins walking away. I could easily recommend it to any couple.

The only negative that I can mention is that the room was a little bit small, but still easy to stay for a couple. The price could be a little bit lower.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Fatih, with all major attractions within walking distance. If you want breakfast, the staff can assist you with that—there’s a nearby place that offers a great breakfast with a wonderful sea view. Our room was cozy and clean, equipped with a mini-fridge and AC. The internet speed was good, and we found a working Netflix account on the smart TV, though we’re not sure if it was included or set up by a previous guest.

“Very nice hotel with comfortable bed and good room facilities. The bathroom was very clean and spacious and had a shower with good water pressure. The location of the hotel is very good, the Grand Bazaar is a 5 minute walk, tourist attractions such as Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia are about a 15 minute walk and there are many restaurants in the area. The staff is ready to help with all your questions. 100% recommendation.

Cleanliness of the room, prompt response of staff to my requests plus quietness of the hotel location.

The steep and narrow staircase and the lack of drinking water in the room. The room was a bit small but just enough for one person. It would make a great difference if a reading table and chair were provided. Language barrier made it hard for me to communicate with most people in Turkey. I could only speak English.

The building and rooms appeared newly remodeled. Everything was fresh and clean. The location is walking distance to the mosques, bazaars, water, etc. and there are many restaurants very nearby - with great ambiance and service for dinner and drinks. The staff was super helpful and friendly! I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend for solo travelers, couples or families.

The rooms were just like the pictures - on the smaller side for 3 adults but clean, new and beautiful. The staff was even better!! My friend was suffering from Turkish tummy so they brought up yogurt to our room both mornings and let us leave our bags all day after checkout while we walked around. The location is a bit off the touristy streets but nothing that we wanted to do was more than a 20 minute walk away. Highly recommend!
