I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Gift Hotel in Istanbul, and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is stylish and beautiful, with comfortable beds and a helpful staff. They were very accommodating to my request for twin beds, and they even arranged a taxi to the airport for me at a fair price. The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of all the main tourist spots and trendy districts. The breakfast was also delicious, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. I would highly recommend The Gift Hotel to anyone staying in Istanbul. It is a great value for the price, and you will be sure to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Minor improvements - Our room could be a bit larger, but it was still very comfortable. - The breakfast includes only black filter coffee for free, more options for coffee, such as cappuccino, are paid ones.

The breakfast was simple, but there were a variety of options you could choose from. The location was good. The hotel is just minutes of walk away from Galata Tower and Istiklaal Street, and there is a metro station near the hotel. We booked two rooms at this hotel for our stay (we were 4 people) and the wifi was good at one of the two rooms, but would often have a bad connection in the other room. The staff were very kind and hospitable, especially Semih. They would always help if you asked for something. It was overall a very good stay at The Gift Hotel and I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Our stay at The Gift hotel was excellent! Location is couple of mins walk from the metro and bus station and to the Galata and Istiklal shopping street that connects to Taksim, couple of mins from the pedestrian bridge that connects to the Sultanahmet side. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious, the staff was polite, friendly and always helpfull. The manager was very responsive to our requests about Istanbul sights and booked some activities for us for a good price, including the taxi. We loved the breakfast too: the dinning area has a great view of the city, tables were always ready and the variety of food was great for us - variety of good cheese, nuts, fruits, jams, pancakes, eggs, some meat items,... there was something new every day in the warm food' section, so we didnt get bored even after five days. And there were always scrambled eggs, which is a must for some of my family members. We had a room overlooking a busy road, but due to new soundproof windows I slept like a baby, even though I am a light sleeper, living in the countryside :). Cant hear any noise from the other rooms either. The buildings around the hotel are shops, selling lights, so there is no disturbing noise going on neither during day or night. Bathroom had soap, shampoo and some other items avaliable, what I loved the most was a big waterfall-like shower head :). AC was efficient. It is a must to spend an evening at least on the terrace outside the breakfast area - its the best for enjoying the sunset and the view of the city lights - higly recommended! I would like to thank the hotel staff for always making us feel welcome. If we come back to Istanbul, we know where we will stay - at The Gift hotel, which was a gift for our holidays!

The Whole Experience. The Management and all staff are very professional and smartly presented including the housekeeping team who work tirelessly to ensure the hotel is spotlessly clean.All the team are very attentive and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We had a beautiful platter of fruits delivered to our room upon our arrival The Rooms are clean, spacious and have everything that is required for a comfortable relaxing stay. A variety of foods for breakfast which are replenished as needed with an Amazing view over the Golden Horn from the breakfast room. The Hotel is close to the Galata Tower and within walking distance of the Old City. This is our second visit and we will definitely be back.

Property was great, super clean and super comfortable. We travel a lot, but we believe this hotel and the hospitality of the Staff is in no way comparison to the hotels we have stayed in before. Their staff was the highlight of the whole trip 10/10. Turkish airlines lost our bags and all the staff combined helped us retrieve the bags with constant communication with the airlines. Semih - their staff member also helped us book a quick and super reasonable taxi to the airport. Thanks to the staff - Semih, Fatih, Gokhan for all their help during our stay in Istanbul.

The location was perfect for us, a minutes walk from Galata Tower to a quick tram over to Hagia Sophia. Staff and management were so helpful, kind and readily accommodated and attended to any requests we had. A special thank you to Semih, he went above and beyond when we needed help and I enjoyed our Turkish coffee we shared one night on the terrace! They give a personal touch to their service. Breakfast was good and rooms are modern and well kept. Some reviews are true regarding hearing other guest rooms but honestly that’s only the case if you have noisy neighbours. All in all, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED hotel. We will definitely come back when in Istanbul!

Breakfast could have had more variety but we had a long stay. However, in our experience we had a fantastic time, it felt like home away from home.

The hotel is located one of the best places in Istanbul. 3 minutes by walk to Galata tower, and main metro line while 5 mins to Istiklal Street. The breakfast place is at the rooftop of the hotel with amazing view to Goldenhorn. You can go anytime to rooftop to watch the amazing sunset as well. The staff was great, especially Mr.Semih. He helped us a lot during our stay and showed great hospitality. The rooms were clean and very well decorated.

There was nothing to complain about except there can be more shelfs at the toilet to keep our stuff proper.

Even walked us to the metro station when we were leaving Istanbul, so we won’t get lost! From a warm welcome, prompt assistance with every request, to a close attention to detail.
