I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and for sure I will stop there next time I am coming to Istanbul. The hotel has an awesome location! Strongly recommend it to people who come to visit all sights that are mandatory to visit :) We were walking around 30km every day and it was amazing, as we had a chance to stop at the hotel to rest and then continue our trip. The description of the rooms was the same as expected, so you can trust the photos of the apartments. Especially, I want to highlight the work of the staff that was great. They helped us a lot doesn't matter if it was day or night. Special thanks to Latif, he is a great guy. All the minor problems that we had were fixed immediately.

There is nothing to complain about, I would just mention that people who choose Seaview rooms have to be ready for a small noise from the road beneath windows. I hope that the owner of the hotel will find a budget for new windows, in other cases I would recommend just changing a window sealer, I guess that the old ones are just too thin.

They treated me kindly, Gökmen helped me to get the Istanbulkart (and activate it also!!), a few things were missing from my room- like clothes hangers, and no iron, but the staff helped me with all. Very comfy bed, curtains make the room dark enough, not too noisy, except for Saturday night, but that is normal. Breakfast improved a lot when they served it downstairs! I might come back here again.

The room was a lot more shabby, and furniture used looking, than you would expect from photoes, bathroom could have been way cleaner on arrival. Missing clothes hanger. For breakfast there could be some kind of juice or milk or water served other than the tea.

Great location (Few steps to Shishane metro station-location nearby to Galata tower and Istiklal Caddesi) Wonderful and helpful stuff. Very good wifi speed and coverage. Very comfortable beds. Shower is very good.

Average cleaning of the rooms and restaurant, maybe less than average. For the breakfast, they need to improve the quality of the food (soup and coffee)

The room was good but what I liked the most about the hotel was the staff ( Mehmet, Gökmen, Davut and Ferdi). They tried to solve everything and make the stay as comfortable as they can. Also I would like to say a special thanks to miss Fatoş who really tried hard to make everything perfect and available and at any time when you see her she would have a smile on her face and ask you how was your day and is they anything you need help with. Thank you.

The location is amazing!! Just a 2 minute walk to Galata Tower and 10 Minutes to Taksim square. The Sishane Metro station is right outside of the hotel! Infront of the hotel is the city and sea view, Sunsets are out of this world!!! The rooms are clean, and fitted with modern facilities. Now, the staff,..all the guys in that hotel are Amazing gentlemen, ready to help you with anything you need!! Always smiling and heartily exchanges a quick greetings, banter and some chat, always ready to give advice and tips of where and how to visit...on top of all that i got a free upgrade!!! Mr ZAFER at the front office was more than a gentleman, always in a good mood, smiling face, and ready to help!! and so were all the other staff, i just forgot their names (Sorry!) Keep up the good job guys! Definitely recommend for booking!! PS: GALATA TOWER IS 2 MINUTES WALK AWAY!!!!! ❤😁👍🏽
