Very clean, friendly staff, WI-fi, AC, quick check-in and out, cleaning rooms everyday, presentable.

The rooms were fine but the bathrooms quite small. My room’s ring bell didn’t work together with the panel “ clean my room” or “ do not disturb “ but didn’t bother me too much . Not a big hotel but arranged and clean. Breakfast was tasty but everyday the same limited choices. Sadly the bartender have no idea how to operate a manual coffee machine, the coffee was horrible and they would burn the milk, very very noisy milk frothing. I wouldn’t rate it a 4star hotel, more like 3 .

The staff at the hotel were great, very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast which was included was also good with a selection of warm and cold options and a plentiful supply of coffee. The hotel itself is in a decent location with a Metro stop a few metres down the road, although there isn't a huge amount to do in the immediate area.

The curtains in our room weren't great and struggled to keep the light out in the mornings, could do with replacing, but that was one specific room. There was also some traffic noise, but I think that is a reflection on the bustling city of Istanbul rather than the hotel itself - I think it would be impossible to avoid in the city centre.

Staff are very friendly, smiling and supportive all the time. Generous, they offered us free coffee, tea and water bottles all the four days we stayed. And we had a welcome fruit basket :) The rooms are clean and the toilet was very clean. Room service is quick. Location is amazing, we were able to walk through the area easily and all what we needed-shopping, food, pharmacy.. was just next to us. There are good restaurants and sweets shops around. Metro station is just next to the hotel and tram station is in a walking distance. Breakfast is average. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and smooth.

They need to add signs to identify the non-smoking area at the restaurant, they have it but without signs.

Nothing as I like everything

Its my.go-to.hotel in istanbul . metro is two mins walk away and there are plenty of shops and cafes near by. But area is still quiet and peaceful . Hotel rooms are new,clean and.comfy . breakfast is good . Staff is very helpful and is at your service 24/7. I will stay here everytime I go there

Room 304 (and probably rooms.ending with 04 on all other floors ) have this smell of smoke from cafe down stairs In the night . it stays till people leave. Its very hard to sleep u less you open the window . I think its because the smoke exit goes next to the room. Rest all rooms are fine .

The location is close to lot of restaurant shops and 5 min from the tram line. The staff were very helpful and amazing, excellent service and definitely will keep coming back to this hotel. Lots of different variety of food for breakfast, Arabic standard breakfast menu and for foreign is very delicious food suits international visitors.

1-room cleaning and arrangement not good at all 2- No facial tissues? if we want to use tissues, we were obliged to use toilet roll, it's not professional. you are 4 stars hotel as you mentioned in the entrance.

The hotel has good location, within walking distance there are different restaurants. The room on the 6th floor was tiny but had all what needed, included coffee and tea facilities. If you need anything you just ask the reception and they are very helpful. Breakfast is served from early morning (7.30) which was good for me in order to go to work on time. The buffet offers different dishes most of them are out of "traditional breakfast" as I am used to; but eggs and corn flakes as well as meat and cheese and bread are available. Air conditioning in the room.

Good easy location by metro or car! Easy access to subway 200m, bus or public parking for your car next to the hotel. Friendly staff. WiFi. You get what you pay for.

Majority of the staff do not speak English :) BUT they are very friendly and always trying to help! Hotel's parking is a narrow crowded street BUT there is a big public parking next to the hotel for a 85 TRY per day which is great. Very small bathrooms but clean! A bit noisy from the boulevard in front of the hotel but a quick access to public transport.

The hotel is in walking distance from Istanbul Department of Immigration , Fatih. All the staff are the highlight of this hotel, very friendly and helpful specially Mr. Ahmed. ( Mr. Ahmed speaks good English and always goes out of his way to help you).
