- very comfortable bed - location is great, right across the tram station - very quiet, we had the room on the back side the hotel (not oriented to the street, otherwise may be noisy) - the area is safe and not exposed to threats like other popular crowded places.

- there is no private parking, you should go to park at Anka's hotel underground parking, right at the corner of the street. You negotiate with the guy there the price. I recommend not taking the car out, because you have public transport.

A nice touch was the free mini bar, replenished daily with water bottles and cold drinks. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was sizable and well-kept, complete with essential toiletries. Service (5/5): The reception staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always readily available to assist with inquiries and requests. I particularly appreciated their accommodating response to my late check-in due to a flight delay. The rooms were also cleaned daily, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast / Food (3/5): The breakfast buffet offered a good selection, though I was hoping for a more authentic Turkish breakfast experience.

One of the drawbacks was the size of the gym, which I found to be quite small. Although the breakfast spread was acceptable, the consistent lack of variety in the menu was disappointing. It would greatly enhance the overall experience if the hotel could introduce greater diversity to the breakfast options.

I had an excellent stay at the Ramada Hotel in Istanbul Old Town. The location is perfect, close to all the historical attractions, and the hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I want to especially mention Suot and Abdullah for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, attending to every request with professionalism and a smile. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and hope my feedback helps Suot and Abdullah receive the recognition they deserve.

- The location is exceptional: it is literally in front of the tram and in an area full of restaurants, cafeterias and supermarkets. - The staff is next level, really helpful and friendly, and always making you feel so welcomed. We stayed only 2 days and the gentleman that checked us in was specially welcoming and warm with us, he even offered us the breakfast for free so that we would give it a try in case we’d be interested to get it next time we go back. (Thank you Mr. Semih) - The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable.

The bathroom was clean, in general, but in one of the corner of the wall of the shower there was some mold, which shocked me because in my previous stays the bathroom had always been immaculate. It was not a huge deal but I would recommend them to please pay a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the shower.

The property was immaculate, and the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly, regularly checking in to see if we needed our room cleaned. The hotel is centrally located, directly across from the Findikzade tram station, offering convenient access to key attractions like the Grand Bazaar, Eminönü, Spice Bazaar, and Galata Port, making it very well-connected and convenient for sightseeing. A very special thank you and shout-out to Suat, Erdoğan, and Tolha, who provided exceptional service and were incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Their kindness was the cherry on top of our visit to Istanbul. They made us feel at home, even though we were far from home. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. My recent stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Old City was truly memorable. The hotel's strategic location, right next to the tram station, made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The friendly and accommodating staff, particularly Fatma, Samit, and Suat, went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the early check-in and complimentary breakfast on my arrival day, which added to the overall positive impression. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. The combination of its prime location, excellent service, and warm hospitality makes it an ideal choice.

This property is right next to Tram station and close to all tourist attractions. Staff was very welcoming and helpful when we reached hotel. We requested them to give two rooms next to each other as we were travelling with kids and they happily accommodated that. We got free breakfast vouchers upon arrival as well. Rooms were spacious, super clean and room service was quick as well whenever you needed anything. Commute to tourist places from this property is super easy economical if you use tram which is right Infront of hotel. There are a lot of small grocery shops, restaurants nearby which makes your life easy. A mid size good mall is just 10 minutes walk away.

Great hospitality and value for money. The location is very strategic, it is close enough to the main tourist attractions (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar) yet it's not situated in the old city which would be hard to reach by car. The rooms are modern and clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, they definitely put their best effort to make all guests feel at home. Highly recommended!
