The place offers all the basic needs, Adequate room/bathroom size, good wifi, clean room/facilities, standard middle-eastern buffet breakfast. Location is close to Metro and several options for cafe/groceries/restaurants (one block from Istanbul University).

The stay was fine in general. Only main issue was that there was no hot water one day (no info on reason). Sometimes the elevator door was kept open, so it cannot be used. Breakfast is at the cafe next door.

Good position, very close to Vezneciler Metro and Laleli Tram station. Quite ok breakfast, although it was not ready at 8:00 as it should: eggs, omelet, cheese, salami, salad, three types of olives, butter, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful, speak English. A lot of cheap places nearby to eat when you return from the city

Coffee was only "instant", not espresso, at breakfast The only disadvantage is the size of the room and toilet, they are quite small, with not so much space for cloths in the room or space to sit on the toilet.

The hotel is conveniently located near to the metro station. Our room (303) is facing the street. It is not really a big problem, sometimes there is a bastard making noise with the motorbike at night, but it happens everywhere. THE STAFF IS LOVELY!!! especially the lady at the reception. They were very helpful with us every single day. The breakfast is a bit basic but enough for a bite in the morning. I loved the olives and the feta kind cheese. there are also boiled eggs. freshly boiled everyday. We hope we can go back to this hotel in our next visit to Istanbul. A big big big thanks to the staff.

If possible, I would improve the mattress. We believe it has a topper that doesn't fit the mattress. Anyway, minor detail.

Hotel is nice , staff are also very friendly they r always helpful. Book the Taxi for me with good price when I back , also recommended the taxi person they booked . Nice taxi man during they stay I found , JazakAllah, best The location was very nice MasAllah .. it’s near 5 min walk to Sulaimani mosque and 15 min walk Grand Bazer . About 25 min walk Topakapi palace and blue mosque , Great value for money . They didn’t charge me extra for my children’s . For family it was great advantage feels comfortable . you get everything next , ALHUMDULLIAH.

The window seals were bad and therefore some cold weather was getting into the room as well as quite a lot od noise from the outside.

This was my third stay at the Queen Hotel and my first since the renovation, and I must say it was absolutely amazing. From the affordable price to the perfect location, and the incredibly friendly staff, everything exceeded my expectations. We arrived at 9:30 AM, well before the official check-in time, yet we were immediately given a ready room and even offered breakfast—a rare courtesy in hotels. The breakfast was delightful and the dining area impeccably clean. The value for the service provided is outstanding. I highly recommend the Queen Hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

This hotel is amazing for people who want to visit Istanbul and they have plenty of activities to do I mean if you want just place where you sleep plus is very near to the metro subway and Tram t1 and you have too many restaurant and shops to buy everything you need I loved the staff they were very nice especially amine he was the bigger guy haha overall the hotel is very clean and they have a good decoration inside you feel good quality and the breakfast is also buffet so you could have a variety of food that you would like to eat in the morning

I didn't like that you could hear noise near to you because they build the hotel with materials that allow sound to go through rooms plus the major problem is the water they don't have a tank means if the public water don't come you'll find yourself stuck with no shower or toilet until the water comes yeah this is the only two problems I had but it is very good hotel for the price

The staff is very attentive and easy to communicate with. They tried to make sure daily that we are good & asked if we need anything. The location itself is close to the Bazaar, the subway and there are a lot of cheap restaurants down the street. We didn’t feel like the room is small for us, it was ok. It’s a good option for its price anyway.

- the windows should be repaired, as they don’t isolate the noises & wind - the problem is not with the usual traffic noise you’d expect, but with the mosque: the prayer is broadcasted very loud on speakers (incl. at 5 a.m.) and as the windows are broken, it is really uncomfortable - breakfast should be more diverse

This is a small hotel in a great location where you can reach many attractions on foot or explore the city by public transport. In the immediate vicinity there are small bars with excellent food and affordable prices. The room was clean and equipped with everything in the description, but very small. The breakfast is delicious and on the last day it was served to our room due to an early departure from the hotel. The staff is friendly.

The retractable roof above the attached lounge bar is in urgent need of cleaning, as the view from our room 108 is terrible - owners, please check for yourself.

The location was really close to Bazar. Also in the area are some really great restaurants were you can eat great food at a very decent price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and they don’t enter to your room to clean if you don’t want to.

The parking was more expensive than they’ve told us before. We knew it will be 10 euros/day, and they’ve charged us 15. The parking doesn’t belong to the hotel, but the star told us the price. Also, you have to let the keys of the car at the reception, so they can move it depending on the space they have in the parking lot. The breakfast was poor, with limited option, especially hot ones.
