The apartment absolutely matched the photos and description - cozy zoning (everything is thought out - the bedroom, the kitchen, and the living room area), quiet, clean (thanks to the employees who clean the rooms). I especially liked the variety of sizes of plates and cups - it was nice to serve breakfasts. Good transport accessibility - the metro station is about 10 minutes walk away, there are several grocery stores and a bakery nearby. Good value for money. For us, it seemed ideal for a stay of 9 days. Thank you for your hospitality! If there is an opportunity to visit Istanbul again, we would gladly stay in these apartments.

Friendly staff. Surveillance 24 hours a day. The cleaning crew is amazing and very fast. It was my first time traveling to Turkey from America. I schedule the apartment not knowing what to expect. Me and my companion were more than please. The rooms were cleaned and spacious. The front desk was always helpful and willing to help us with any issues. They schedule taxi services whenever we prompted them without hesitation. On the day we were headed home we ask for a large van since we had lots of luggage. The staff informed they will do their best to schedule a van since they needed a notice a day in advance. Nonetheless to say the van was in the apartment within a few minutes. The staff carry our luggage from our rooms all the way to the van making the trip to the airport such an easy experience. The apartment is located within 2 main streets were you can find lots of shopping centers and restaurants. A minute away from the Marriott.

Nisantasi shopping area is 15 min walking distance I stayed for 5 nights and the location made my trip very comfortable The price is right (good value) I will always come back to them They provide for me late check out as my flight was at night

I didn't like the veiw (but it's not a problems for me) No meals is avialble (also not a problems you have a wide variety of restaurants near by)

This is my second stay here. i just love the location. Quiet area but accessible to anywhere. Walking distance to Cevahir Shopping Mall, the mosque , metro, bus station and other shops. The twin sisters did an excellent room service. Staffs were attentive and responsive on our requests and issues. Will always be my place to stay when i am back to Istanbul.

it was hard for taxis and cars to stop at the front, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and the showers did not drain as well as they should have even after cleaning the filter

The windows in the bathroom causes the noise from the above apartment to be heard during the night. It is annoying when you could hear the above neighbors going to the bathroom or even talk during the night . They could install a fan and close the window in the bathroom to solve the problem

Nice clean place a short or long stay. Quite place (no bars or discos around) and fair price. Much better than staying in a hotel. You have a washing machine, nice clean kitchen. My review is based on floor 4. I assume other floors have similar units. +1 elevator very quick.

During my stay, there was a municipality visit. That was not communicated when I checked-in. On the other hand they were very flexible with my checkout, allowing me to checkout later. Restaurant / delivery menu in the property is outdated. You can't order sea food menu, they don't deliver in that area.

Spent over 2 weeks there and didn't find anything annoying. 116 is a family-run hotel located on a quiet street near Sisli metro station. 10-15 minutes by public transport to Taksim Square and 20 minutes to the Blue Mosque. Lots of cafes and restorations around. The room was equipped with everything a traveler needs. Fully equipped kitchenette, fresh towels and room cleaning every day, even on weekends. Very comfortable (for me of course) bed. The staff is very polite and friendly and values ​​their reputation very much. In general, the service was excellent. English speaking friendly. Thank you guys for your service and looking forward to staying at 116 again soon.

Simply, one of the best hotels, apartments, studios "call as you want" I have ever lived in. Everything is perfect about this place. Very clean and you will feel that you are at your home. The only point which could be an improvement is to have a smart TV "which is not necessarily " but I mentioned it as point of improvement. Location is good but you have to walk a little bit "around 10 min" to the nearest metro station but you will enjoy as you will pass by restaurants, coffee shops and other shops. For those who would like to live the live as citizens, this hotel is for you. All the appreciation goes to the staff who are really helpful.
