Although the rooms are small, it is a completely American style hotel. Very clean, good food, good water swimming pool, etc. Highly recommended. Pamukkale is very close and the staff are friendly. Odd Eye Dog, who listens well, also has a lot of charm.

I stepped on a thorn tree in the parking lot and had to remove it, but the hotel didn't have a first aid kit. But I highly recommend this hotel as it is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in so far.

Well run family style hotel close to the main attraction in Pamukkale. Hotel and rooms kept very clean. Set back a bit from the main road so quiet location but only 10 minute walk to restaurants. Large selection at breakfast for a typical Turkish meal. Coffee and chai constantly on the go. We stayed for a wedding but appeared that most people spent one or two nights visiting the local sites before moving on. Large hotel car park just across the road for the hotel. Towels provided for use in hotel pool.

No English channels on the TV either news or current affairs. But really I am struggling to find a genuine dislike.

The hotel had a nice pool although I did not get to swim. The breakfast buffet was plentiful although the selection was not as good or not as tasty as the other places I've been. The staff was nice enough to offer us the hot air balloon ride which we missed in Cappadocia. That was nice!

The staff told us that there was no need to go to Pamukkale early in the morning because it was not summer with bus loads of tourists. But when we arrived, there were so many people that we were not able to take pictures of Pamukkale (with water) without the crowds. The breakfast was plentiful but the quality was not there. We had dinner there one night but the food was so-so. One piece of the meat was raw. They took the same piece, cooked it more, and brought it back.

The hotel itself is very nice, the room as well (if you take the pool view) At start they put us in a room that we didn't like it because of the view, and when we asked them to change it to a better view, they moved us very quickly. Our room was big with a balcony on the pool on the 3rd floor. You could see the mountains and the air balloons. The restaurant is very cute and cozy. The breakfast buffet was one of the BEST buffets I've tried in many countries, very wide selection. Friendly & helpful staff.

We didn't like the area, but the town/village is all like this. The bathroom door was broken, I think. We couldn't close it. The TV didn't have many channels. We wanted Arab channels. I think the rooms' doors are very thin. You could clearly hear anything outside. Even if the room next to you dropped something or they moved anything, you would hear it clearly

Room was excellent. We booked a family room and it had plenty of space for my family of 5. bathroom was clean. Man at the front desk was very helpful with helping us book activities and telling us what to expect. We had our own rented car and there was plenty of easy parking

Cons would be AC was not on, and it took a little playing around to make one of the rooms AC turn on. Also, it wasnt a big deal but the coffee/ sugar in the rooms had an ant issue. we were there for multiple days and i threw away all the sugar the first day, thinking it would solve the issue. nope. there were more ants with the new sugar left in the room after cleaning. It didnt bother us much though

My experience in this hotel is really positive. The position, the facilities and the services are super. I didn't use the pool but it seemed clean and the opening hours where suitable. The wi-fi connection was acceptable and free of charge. The amenities sufficient and I appreciated the free bottle water (no limit). Breakfast was amazing, a wide choice of sweet and savory options.

Maybe the cleanliness could be improved but also like now is more than acceptable. Also my room was facing the back yard and the parking so the view wasn't perfect. However it didn't ruin at all the overall experience.

We enjoyed our two-nights stay at Venus Suite Hotel in the center of Pamukkale. The hotel has its own parking lot right across from the entrance. Check-in was easy. The hotel has an elevator to reach upper floors. The garden with its pool and restaurant terrace is cosy and comfortable. Our room was spacious, equipped with air-conditioning and quiet (apart from the famous Denizli roosters that join in the muezzin's chanting and dogs barking at odd times during the night :)). The bathroom had a very good shower. There was ample closet space.

The French double bed is small to share; for comfort I would probably recommend the two single beds as an option even to couples. The bathroom lighting was very dim. We dined at the restaurant and the food was nice but pricey. The breakfast buffet spread was okay but appeared larger than it was because items were arranged repeatedly and it was not quite clear if plates and plates full of cookies were really there to be eaten or more of a permanent decorative accessory.

The hotel manager and staff were very kind and accommodating. The rooms have balconies. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The bathroom light is very dim and dark. It is hard to see how clean it is or not. The main reason I took a point off is that there was a group of people that had kids with them. The kids were touching the food and coughing. It's not the fault of the hotel, but it was clearly visible to the staff. I believe that the hotel should have measures/rules in place to avoid that. Or at least if the parents are careless, they should let them know as there are other guests that are trying to have breakfast. At least a comment to not use your hands.

Pleasant surprise:our suite had a view over Pamukkale travertines that were lighted at night. Our corner suite has two separate rooms facing pool and travertine. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous with a huge variety of food and sweets. We had dinner at the property and we enjoyed well-made dishes and friendly service.

Coffee in the room was poor quality. Door lock was not working properly. Hotel can get noisy with children running around unsupervised.

I stayed in this hotel with my friend and I loved it. I am going to start with what I loved the most. THE FOOD. THE FOOD was AMAZING. It's one of the best I've tried. The staff were really nice and accommodating. They're quite informative and helpful. We had an issue with our original room and were instantly provided another one. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I do recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a hotel close to the travertines of pamukkale. I also recommend doing the tour for the pamukkale travertines, which I booked through the hotel. The tour guide Ahmet was quite informative with the history.

Some rooms don't have a safety deposit box. Our first room didn't, but our second one did. And if you're afraid of insects, don't leave the window or balcony open.
