I am happy this hotel was so close to the venue where I was attending an event. It was easy to get to this hotel and easy to get where I was going. I liked there was an affordable on site restaurant.

The price was very expensive for 2 nights, especially after I was told the neighborhood I was staying in wasn't a safe or favorable neighborhood. The price I paid is something I would've expected to pay at a higher quality hotel, but maybe it's because I booked last minute.

The room setup was very accommodating with our needs. The front desk sent someone to our room to fix the issues that we were having with the room. The staff was nice and polite.

When we first got to the room, we checked our bedding, and it was dirty. The carpet needs to be shampoo. There were dirty washcloths in our bathroom folded up like they were clean.

The location was good for our trip close to a waterpark and close to shopping. Easy access on and off the 400. Nice quiet low paced street that it's located on. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The pool was clean and hot tub was open very family friendly. The attached restaurant was clean and served beautiful breakfast. Will stay again

Technically the only thing was that the breakfast wasn't included but at least available at the property.

Felt very safe because it was right beside police station. Everything was perfect. Could get coffee and water in the lobby. Great breakfast at the restaurant. Room was clean. Staff were friendly and eager to make our stay the best.

My stay was great ,also a few of the staff were wonderful, it's a quiet location as well,,breakfast was good but need to add move stuff to menu,but I would stay again,I think the lady at the front, her name is Raman she handles ,things very well also

We always stay at the Best Western when we are in Toronto. It's our favorite place! We love the indoor pool/Hot Tub! Everything is always clean and neat. I enjoy having the mini fridge in the room for leftovers.

Place is clean, staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. it is in a safe location. lots of parking. Rooms are clean, nice and warm. Beds were very cozy. We enjoyed our mini vacation. We would stay here again.

We would have preferred a non citrus soap, conditioner and shampoo selection. There wasn’t a choice and our skin didn’t agree with the citrus. We had to get our own for a one night stay.

I like everything including the breakfast. Although it was not complimentary, there was a % taken off and the food was delicious.

The location, and the traffic in the area. The tv also didn't work properly. Most channels were not coming through.

The staff were very kind compared to the other hotels I stayed at, wifi was very good, and enjoyed the pool and hot tub

The construction at the nearest intersection makes getting around longer

The room was spacious and breakfast was nice to have as a choice. They allowed food in the room which was great because I prefer the quiet and privacy my room offers me.

Pool was closed for repairs. The front desk did not inform me of this so I had a very disappointed granddaughter who decided not to spend the night as a result.
