I checked in really late it wasn't a problem The concierge rep Lee was very nice The lobby is very welcoming smells very clean and the whole hotel including the elevators The room was very spacious The mattress was super comfy too bad I was only staying for one night The room had a kitchenette while stocked breakfast had good choices wish they had more of a selection but understandably they do not have a kitchen the food was very hot Love the granola bar had lots of choices for toppings coffee was good The hotel is near shopping and restaurants very nice area easy access to the interstate

that they didn't have any meat choices with breakfast

I love everything about a Hilton hotel they make you feel like family the staff is always absolutely amazing my husband and I love the location it's next to everything shopping restaurants and more this will always be our go to hotel when we're in town

We've stayed at this particular Hilton more than once our last trip the room we were in the bed was absolutely horrible it was hard like bricks it had a box spring and railings with wheels which indicated it was a old bed that would be the only negative thing I have to say about this place because everything else was absolutely awesome

the parking was huge and steps from front door which i appreciated having arrived very tired , late at night . the room was super large with a kitchen which i didn’t need since i was just staying one night on my own but could imagine for longer stays with family it could be amazing . i loved the self serve coffee station which was open in the early morning

i thought the hotel lobby was not very inviting to hang out in , pretty ho hum also the price for a solo traveler $170 after taxes etc was a bit too much to just sleep 7 hours and run specially cause i did not eat breakfast since they offered yogurts but all of the options contained sugar . why can’t they offer a plain version for those of us who are more healthy minded ?

Incredible room! Very large suite- top of the line. Nice bedding, plenty of lighting, kitchen with full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, nice seating area with couch, end tables, and coffee table/ottoman, desk and chair, great shower with soaps and plenty of towels, etc. Very nice! There’s also a pool, a laundry room, and food and snacks for sale in the lobby. Had concerns over three previous posts mentioning ants, but the front desk said that situation was handled. We are very, very pleased with this choice!

Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. At first tv wouldn't work but someone came right away and fixed it so there was no issue.

We were there the same time as a little league baseball team. When we went to have breakfast there were children running a muck EVERYWHERE! One family even had a dog. I love that this is a pet friendly hotel BUT the breakfast area is not a place for animals. I also have a dog, he was not with me but if he had been I would never have taken him in this area. You don't know who all is allergic, or uneasy around dogs. I think it was very irresponsible of the adults to let this happen and upsetting that the hotel staff (3 employees were standing at the front desk next to this area) took so long to ask the adult with the dog to leave that area.

The bed was amazingly comfortable! The sheets were so soft! I asked if they sold them, and to my delight, they do!! I'll be ordering a set! Great design all around. Clean, with attractive decor. Great price! Best motel accommodations we have had in a long time! Will look for a Home2 Suites again!

The Google maps directions are incorrect. I had to call for directions, and the desk clerk gave a,similar, but not accurate street name. Eventually we found it. It has been reported to Google, but they haven't changed it. That part was very frustrating. Driving around a strange city in the dark is no fun!

Very nice bed, extra doors to let my senior dog go potty, bag stations, clean room. Great fridge, microwave, and dishes.

A few small ants in the bathroom. Not a big deal. More than likely because it was the first floor. The lady at the front offered waters to everyone in front of me except me. Small thing but just odd.

Before I booked, it said pet friendly. It did not say the amount to pay for the pet. They charged me $70 for an 8lb mini poodle but didn’t even have a pet bed or food included. I could understand a deposit in case the pet has an accident or loses lots of fur. But $70 with no extra service for a small dog like that is overpriced in my opinion.

We choose a handicap room because it had a king bed, rather than 2 queens & we kept saying how perfect it would have been for our family member with special needs. Everything they need was in that room (wide spaces, extra seating/sleeping, curtain dividers, sink, refrigerator, shower rails & optional bench) plus room darkening shades. Breakfast was EVERYTHING (eggs, waffles, breads, cereal, fruit, yogurt…)! Location is perfect, close to cruise ship ports, LOTS of eating & shopping within walking distance.

Bed wasn’t super comfortable but doable. No on-site restaurant/bar but we were walking distance to anything we wanted.

Was in a nice location, urban prime was in walking distance and was a very nice deli 👌 our room was spacious and cleaned every second day. The breakfast choice was good 👍

The turquoise cushions in the seating area looked untidy and the pool was a tad cool.
