We have stayed here before and have always had a good nights sleep before an early flight. The airport shuttle works perfectly. There was a breakfast, grab bag of fruit and breakfast bar even at 4 AM.

They were short staffed so check in was slower than usual but everyone was pleasant.

You can't beat the location if you have an early morning flight or late night return out of Portland Airport. I stayed there the night before my flight and the night that I returned. The shuttle service was wonderful. I needed a rental car to drive home, and the driver took me to the rental car area. I would have been okay to walk from the departure drop-off.

For what I paid, everything was to my liking. Unfortunately, there isn't any fast food place to purchase food. On the night of my return, I had to settle for a $4.00 Campbell microwave cup of soup from the lobby "store." The ready-made food prices were quite high, so get something from the airport before you check in if you arrive late. I know airport food is also costly, but it might be better than instant meals.

Convenient location close to airport and a short shuttle ride with a friendly driver - appreciated at 5 am! Room was on the small side but perfectly adequate with comfy bed and good bathroom. Wifi worked well, as did fridge and microwave. Room was very quiet with no noticeable airport noise. Onsite restaurant was simple, tasty, and affordable.

Only complaint/question: why do this and so many other accommodations only offer hard-as-rock pillows? Very uncomfortable for both of us, and we do not have suitcase space to bring our own. A choice of hard vs soft would be better.

The shuttle was much appreciated. The shuttle staff Guy and Jimmy made our trip. We had no car. They were friendly, professional and prompt. Very nice having towels by the pool.

The night before we departed we requested a shuttle at 4:00 am. The guy put down the wrong room number. They called the wrong room twice when we got downstairs at 4:03 the shuttle was gone. We had to wait 30 mins. Things happened which we understand but not one person the front desk or shuttle driver apologized. They could take a lesson from Duy or Jimmy. Breakfast was good and kept clean. The listing said there was a restaurant but understand it closed in August. If the shuttle had not taken us to the Mall we would have been in trouble. Many people were not aware of this.

We live locally, but stayed here for one night before an early flight. The room included a king bed, nice sofa, and plenty of room. We took an early airport shuttle to the terminal, no problem. There is a pool / hot tub, but we didn't have time to use it. Free cookies and coffee 24-7 in the lobby. There is no restaurant on site, but the staff arranged a ride for us to the other Radisson a half-mile away, where there was a decent restaurant in the building. There is a free buffet breakfast, but we had to leave before it opened, so I can't comment on it.

I was unaware and confused that there were two Radissons at the airport: This one "Country Inn and Suites by Radisson" on Alderwood Rd. and the one that has the restaurant "Radisson Portland Airport" on 78th Ct. If I had realized this, I would have booked the other one, since we didn't have a car and didn't want to spend money on a Lyft to get to a restaurant. The staff offered to arrange a ride for us, which was really helpful and worked out great. Also, obviously there are airplanes overhead until late at night, but that's what you'd expect at the airport :-)

We've stayed here a few times. For a one night airport stay it's a fine choice. They gave us an extra hour on our check-out day which was appreciated.

I suggest the hotel make it more visible on the Booking.com listing that they charge for parking. Upon close inspection the info is there (in the questions section), but you really have dig deep to find it. Myself and some other guests (who were checking in at the same time) were not happy about being charged for parking upon check-in because it felt like a surprise extra charge.

Fantastic location only a few minutes' drive from the airport. We highly recommend Kobe Sushi & Ramen just down the street for lunch or dinner. The hotel's rooms are fairly spacious with a convenient fridge. Noise level is pretty low and reasonable considering the proximity to the airport. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Good variety of selections and spacious dining room for the continental breakfast. Parking is ample and seems pretty secure.

Furnishings could use a bit of TLC; couch had some stains and tears. I dislike the trend of hotels putting the sink in the main room area rather than in the bathroom. The breakfast could use more vegan options.

I really liked the very clean swimming pool and area around it. I was able to swim almost every morning at 6:00. My husband really liked the hot tub. The breakfast was extremely adequate and the restaurant area was very clean. We took advantage of the shuttle service from the airport upon returning our rental car and then the early morning shuttle service to the airport to catch our flight. Both shuttle drivers were very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Somehow a jewelry bag with my 5 rings disappeared from our room. I've called several times to the lost and found number and have left messages with my phone number, but none have been returned. I offered a reward for the return of the rings. They have more sentimental than monetary value. I alerted the front desk about these and was told to call the lost and found number which I did. One of the rings was the one my father gave my stepmom when they were married. He is deceased and I was going to show the ring to my Portland grandson who was named after my father; it is the ring that I would give him for his bride.

Great location just a few minutes from PDX and the free airport shuttle makes catching a flight easy. (The shuttle van driver was excellent--friendly/helpful, knowledgeable and safe.) Room was large enough to be comfortable. Bed very comfortable. WiFi was satisfactory. Free breakfast was decent but not a whole lot of variety compared to some places. Staff overall very nice. Quiet despite being close to airport.

With only a single elevator, it sometimes seems like you have to wait longer than normal to get a ride up or down to your chosen floor. Already mentioned the breakfast which I felt should have a little more variety. Seemed like it was the scrambled eggs (which my dietary restrictions allow) or the biscuits and gravy (not recommended by my cardiologist), aside from a few cereal offerings.

The room was updated, clean, beds were comfortable and we had a fridge and microwave for our dietary needs. My kids enjoyed the pool and we appreciated breakfast was served and that it went until 9:30. And access to an ice machine. Check out time of noon was also great. The location made it easy to get places. We are at the Honey Butter Country Fare food truck about 10min away and loved it. Everything is gluten, dairy and egg free with vegan options. We were happy to get a hotel close by so we could go after checking out.

The fridge did not have a little freezer compartment to keep our ice packs frozen to travel home. The breakfast options were sadly not very allergy friendly. The omelets and scrambled eggs contained dairy (either cheese, or butter and milk), and most other items had gluten. One day we could have sausage. But the 2nd say there wasn’t any. So we had boiled eggs and juice. Thankfully I did pack some cheerios and dairy free milk. (The cereal options offered were not gluten free). We’d hoped with such a big breakfast offering that there would be more allergy friendly options. Also having to pay $30 for parking ($10 a day) was a bit steep.
