Staff v helpful & informative; big bed; 24 hour facilities nearby; close to family; great Power shower with option of bath also; big room; quiet; solitude appreciated; good deal for value/price; comfy; close to amenities;

Nectar points offered Online through Booking not honoured/known about by staff; partner booked in advance to join but dropped out last minute & I was offered free cancellation on reservation but when explained it was just me alone instead: no change/reduction in price?!? Asked but told at Reception that flat rate regardless of adult total per room?! Was quoted different few weeks before Online?! Noise from Generator outside all night so couldn't have window open overnight only as noise sensitive; curtains let in light V slightly at bottom by sill & am light sensitive! Only 1 sachet of caffeinated coffee: rest - de-caff!

The bed was comfortable The shower was very good lovely pressure best shower I think I've ever had .

Although a very good shower could not turn off Tubb completely so dripped all the time. The fan in the bathroom dough was on it was not working properly. Everything was constantly wet. The radiator kept clicking all night, and there was cobwebs under the lampshades. No porridge for the continental breakfast and only scrambled eggs for breakfast and the towel rail set the alarm off, but nobody came to check

Good on-site parking. Great size room and ensuite. All very clean and comfortable. Staff welcoming, efficient and helpful. After many hours travelling I was looking forward to resting on until a late morning appointment the following day.

Unfortunately, I was woken well before 7am the 1st morning by workmen shouting to each other, followed by loud noises from the corridor outside my room. I'm not a complainer generally, but it was really over the top! Reception did arrange an alternative room for me for the 2nd night in a different section and on the floor above to avoid the same issue the next morning. That was fine, but I couldn't understand why in the first place, the Inn had assigned any room to guests that were so close to scheduled room refits where such early disturbances were inevitable. Poor forethought towards me and any other fee paying guests unlucky enough to be near to that mayhem!

Breakfast poor, sorry bacon and sausage poor quality, continual consisted of ham and cheese (one of each) and some danish pastry, To get to hotel you drive through petrol station and join McDonald drive through queue 🙈 for some reason around 2.30am someone decided to keep sounding their horn 🙈 Bar might be open all day but one ipa and Guinness not much choice

The most comfortable bed (bar my own) that i have slept in whilst travelling,slept like a baby, awoke feeling relaxed and refreshed, great breakfast, included in the price which was reasonable. Staff couldnt be friendlier and most professional with a homely feel, felt welcommed to stay there and nothing was too much trouble for our family

Located near to a busy mcdonalds, though very handy for late evening snacks.

Our immediate impression was of cleanliness, the room had everything one would need. The staff member on reception went above and beyond to help change our booking which was due an error on my part, he was extremely polite and helpful.

Our only comment would be that the bed was rather too soft. Although the inn was in a good location it was initially difficult to find as it is situated way off the main road behind a garage. The sat nav could take us to the exact location

Clean and comfortable hotel, no frills but there is a bar and a good buffet type breakfast for only £8 pp. Convenient for the A27. It is adjacent to a filling station and a McDonald's. there is a craft brewery type place across the road in walking distance, and a Beefeater slightly further away but still walkable, otherwise you will need a car to get to Arundel

Car parking is a bit tight, spaces are definitely not designed for any car built since 2010. On a previous visit there was a problem with the queue for the McDonald's drive-thru next door blocking the entrance to the hotel early evening, that didn't happen this time but it was the school holidays which may have made a difference

The hotel is well placed to be in Arundel in 5 minutes and to the West, Chichester is only 10 minutes or so and to the East Worthing and Brighton about 15 minutes. The South Downs are lovely to explore, either on foot or by car with some interesting little villages. The hotel was beautifully clean and warm. the room was surprisingly large and comfortable with two easy chairs, which was a surprise as normally there is only one. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of cooked, or cereals, fruit juices and toast. Arundel has a number of places to eat in the evening. All in all nothing to complain about and we enjoyed our stay.

The car park is limited in size and although there is additional parking to the rear of the hotel we chose not to use this as it looked to quiet and not overlooked. We didnt observe any CCTV monitoring the area. The adjoining fuel station is very expensive

room no air con only given one fan which is not enough (had to pay for my own fans as there were no other available) the room was clean, the bathroom the shower did not work correctly, which could have been very dangerous if you had young children

Everything was great, room was very clean & tidy. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, I was a little surprised upon arrival that breakfast wasn't included & had to pay an extra £10, only because the way I had read the booking I thought breakfast was included, having said that it was well worth the £10. The staff were warm, friendly & helpful. All in all a very nice overnight stay
