Reception staff when we arrived were extremely helpful

I think you could provide better instructions as to how to find the property! It took us 2 hours to find you! Something like, ‘turn in to the service station, then take first turning on the left’ We arrived in the dark, cones everywhere because of road works. Very hard to decipher direction signs as you drove past. We ended up at Tesco one time, pulled into the petrol station twice but didn’t realise how close we were.

Receptionist was lovely and actual FREE PARKING, such a rarity in London with hotels!, bed was comfy and loads of space....unless someone has t-leafed your sofa.... That would explain the big space actually..... But I was grateful of the floorspace for my repack of my bag. Security has a physical double lock, but someone's made a makeshift spyhole plug with a sugar sachet. Oh!, and USB ports on the mains!, sorry if your electric bill went up I was charging like 9 GoPro batteries.

My bathroom smelled of a lady's sweaty parts, musky!, the windows don't do much to counter what sounds like hgv's doing donuts outside and seeing Starbucks right outside my window had me clawing at it craving that sweet black nectar, but I needed sleep. Besides that it was sound, a place to get my head down before my flight.

While it’s only a short distance to the airport, the buses are not reliable and it did take me about 20 minutes before an Uber accepted our ride (which inevitably led to some anxiety). It would be great if the hotel offered a reliable shuttle service (even for a fee, of course).

The rooms are spacious & clean and the beds are comfy. This was the second time I've stayed here visiting relatives. It's handy for where I was going. It's handy to get into London too, about an hour into Liverpool Street train station, so really for the price per night and the train ticket into London it's a viable option for London tourists. It's really handy having the services across the road too. A waitrose, coffee, fast food, WHSmith

A bit of noise, but you're right beside an international airport and a motorway so what can you do? Bring earplugs if you're sensitive

Clean and well appointed room. Nice size bathroom. Good signal on TV. Much improved from last stay. Good choice of coffee etc in caddy. Nice touch to have a hair dryer

Water pressure in shower was pathetic. Old style mixer tap arrangement between bath and showerhead so had to pull up button which was stiff! Very small floor towel. Romm light switched only near door, not copied near bed, so had to switch on bed light, then go and switch off room lights, then go back to back. Not helpful in a supposed disabled frindley room. Sweets etc at reception massive surcharge and overpriced

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neatly set up. The room was very quiet, shower was hot and plentiful and the blackout curtains were great. A bus to Stansted airport was £2 with only a 2 minute walk to the bus stop from the hotel.

Had to walk to the Ramada for breakfast which wasn't a big deal, it wasn't raining; but the breakfast was not very inspiring. Food seemed to have been sitting out for a while.

The room was large, clean and comfortable and had a very nice shower room. It is very convenient to Stansted Airport. It was extremely good value for money as I only needed to sleep for 5 hours and then go to the airport. I think it did include breakfast but I had to leave earlier.

There was no available parking, but since it was okay to park anywhere in the Services where this hotel is located I was able to park reasonably close. It is actually inside the Services, so I had trouble finding it, particularly as there were roadworks all round the place.

The hotel is superbly located for Stanstead airport. It has ample convenient parking and check in on line was straight forward. The room was on the ground floor as I had requested, was warm and comfortable and was a very good price. We had stayed there before and we will stay there again!

The motorway service station at which the hotel is located was heavily congested with HGVs and the route to the hotel was difficult to find. Some more obvious and dedicated signage would be helpful.

Clean room, comfortable. Close to services for food and drinks. Staff helpful with advice on transport and local amenities.

Taxis quoting £20 - £30 for a 3 mile trip to the airport, after paying a steep £15 for a 4 mile journey from town to get there. Opting for the bus instead to realise the bus stop is on a blind corner and the driver went straight past. A link from hotel to airport could be useful.

The breakfast was excellent, unfortunately I was will elderly parents whose walking distance was a problem. The directions we were given by staff, we're not clear and we ended up walking unnecessary in the wrong direction. If I had known the breakfast was so far, and in another hotel I would of booked the other hotel..

The night staff receptionist wasnt overly friendly, but not a huge problem. I didn't realise the hotel didn't have a lift... I should of booked ground floor rooms due to my parents struggle with stairs. That's my mistake, maybe I missed it on the description.
