Clean & comfortable.. felt like home. The staff of the hotel were great.. from the Duty manager Mr Osama, to his assistant Mr Ramadan.. to the front desk staff, room service team, technical support team, concierge staff and off course the house keeping supervisor and staff members.. all were great and very kind to me. They were highly responsive to all and any requests! They were really helpful and very friendly!

-The doors of guest rooms weren’t soundproof.. it was mostly unpleasant because I could hear even the slightest noise of people passing outside my room and it was worse because I was in a suite with a connecting door to the next suite, so even when both connecting doors of both suite were closed.. I still can hear very clearly the next door guest talking! and I had to complain several times about the very loud noise coming from the kids of the next suite guests. -The in-room dining menu was very limited, I wish they would have more options especially for light meals and snacks, besides some of the items were really expensive although they were just average popular dishes!

Hotel was great, staff was very good, food and overall experience was great. We had a few small maint issues in the room and the staff corrected those issues within minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was big and very nice, they cleaned and serviced the room multiple times per day.

Nothing not to like. Maybe the only downside is if you stay in the second building you have to go across to the main building for all of the food and many of the service, however honestly this was really not a big issue for us.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were treated to a level of service that was truly outstanding. Whether it was the state-of-the-art gym or the inviting pool area, everything was maintained to the highest standards. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in our comfort and satisfaction.

rooms were very nice and well-maintained. The cleaning service was also excellent. The location is convenient, but there's a significant downside: the area becomes extremely crowded due to the nearby coffee shops. Parking is major issue. Finding a spot for our car was very challenging due to the high volume of visitors who come for the coffee shops. We often had to wait in long queues to park.

Every thing amazing view the hotel was above my expectations the staff where very welcoming and friendly special thanks to Mr, Prakashen from room service as he assist me and makes sure I get what i needed he changed the coffee machine as I liked and also another lady which I forgot her name she actually handed my credit card which one of my daughters forgot it in the room dining table.

The only thing is the car service as i have requested the car to attend work related event and it was very late which made me to request car service from Uber. It was very frustrating also the amount that charged for the car service to drop us at airport was too much compared with car model while I got get the same car with less amount from under.

My experience at the hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel offered a wide range of excellent amenities, and the toiletries were thoughtfully stocked. What truly stood out to me was the breakfast experience, which pleasantly deviated from the usual buffet style. The comfort of the beds was remarkable, and the television options were impressive, with the added convenience of being able to connect your phone to the screen, making it perfect for enjoying Netflix and YouTube.

The room service did take a bit longer, but it makes sense since we stayed in one of the apartments, which is in a separate building next to the main hotel.

Excellent experience. Staff are super friendly and proactive. Rushu left a medicine organizer when he saw we had many different meds. And we got a lovely complimentary anniversary cake! Hotel smelled lovely. Love the Le Labo products. Also a delicious selection if complimentary sweets for the Chinese New Year.

Slight delay when checking out in waiting for the concierge to take our luggage but perhaps a busy day

From the moment we arrived everybody was very welcoming and kind, made us feel we arrived home. From check in to guest relations, bell boys, restaurant staff all very nice provided more than five star services. The stake house was one of the best culinary experiences in our entire life :) Beds are super comfy, big terrace overlooking the marina, huge bathrooms, lovely breakfast available until 12:30 which is great for those who get up late.

We liked everything, however the location is a bit far from the city but other than that nothing to complain about :)

This is our third time in this hotel! The hotel's location was ideal, making it convenient to explore the city. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room space was ample and well-designed, providing a relaxing environment.
