The location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the Dubai Exhibition Center where I was visiting. The metro station is a few steps from the hotel. There are some restaurants near the hotel. Also there is a supermarket and a pharmacy near the hotel. You can take a taxi easily in front of the hotel's main gate. The hotel is in a calm area.

My room was not cleaned for 3 days. I complained to the reception staff at the checkout. I had an electricity cut in one main line in the room (TV, Fridge, Kettle, and the hair drier). This was for one day and the electrician came and fixed it when I complained to the reception staff. A limited number of towels in the bathroom. No shampoo in the room. The internet was not working properly. In lots of times ut was not working well.

The location was great, as it is close to the Metro which is just 3 stops away from Dubai Mall. The receptionists and securities are always of great help and service to their guests. Special shoutout to Aymen who checked me in and coincidentally checked me out, and he has provided me good services during my stay in Ibis. Keep up the good work!

I feel the hotel can go extra length for its guests. Ultimately at this competitive industry with many players and a matured market, service is what will stand you out from the pack. I was not feeling very well for a couple of days and was alone in this trip. Wanted to ask the receptionist whether any person from the hotel could have just walked a few minutes to the pharmacy to help to get some medicine for me but they mentioned they do not provide such a service. At that moment in times of desperation, I felt the hotel could have done better.

Our recent stay at the ibis World Trade Centre hotel was exceptionally pleasant. Check-in was seamless, the rooms were clean and well-appointed with all necessary amenities. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful; we especially appreciate Akshay's assistance at reception, and extend our gratitude to the management team, Hamal and Amal. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious and diverse selection, and the hotel's location proved ideal for exploring the surrounding area. In summary, the ibis hotel exceeded our expectations, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to those seeking comfortable and affordable accommodations.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ibis Dubai World Trade Centre during Gitex Global 2024, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The hotel's prime location, just a short walk from the event venue, made it incredibly convenient for attending the exhibition. A special shout-out to Aymene at the reception, whose professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out. From the moment I checked in, Aymene was attentive, helpful, and always greeted me with a friendly smile. Her knowledge about the hotel’s services and the area made my stay seamless and comfortable. The staff and service at Ibis Dubai World Trade Centre exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai for business or leisure.

The check-in was quite slow as there were many people checking in at the same time. This aside, once you reach the check-in desk, the staff were the loveliest people around, from greeting you to explaining all the small things in the most detailed way. The rooms were pristine clean and really well designed. What was really surprising is that you do not get any coffee in your room, but you actually can order it by calling the reception, and they will bring you a free cup of coffee of your choice from the bar straight to your room. That will be actual coffee and not some instant pour over. The breakfast was also great. The selection was relatively small, but at the same time, everything you could need was provided, and the staff there were really friendly as well. And most importantly, if you are ever sad, they have a happiness team which will make you happy in 15 minutes!

We stayed Ibis World Trade Center for Arablab exhibition. Hotel's location is amazing. We were at the fairground in just a few steps. The hotel has excellent support and hosting. Everything from the welcome to the room service was great. We requested a late check-out as our return flight was late and dear Pragya was happy to assist. And at no extra charge. All employees we met are smiling, kind and friendly. They supported us all time gladly. We want to mention especially some people for thanks: Dear Patricia (She has great hairs, I really like it. And she is really kind person. She support me everything.) Dear Prem & Dear Draveen (They really gentle guys. They cleaned our rooms (333-330) very nice, I love their work.) Dear Pragya & Dear Dynne (Amazing welcoming and pretty womens. They really support us for our requests and needs.) Dear Gamal (He is definetly a gentlemen) In addition, it is really appreciated that there is water in glass bottles in the hotel. The windows of the room do not open, but the ventilation is great. This will be the right address for our next trip.

Room was very clean and comfy. Very accessible as well. Lounge area was spacious, which is great if you have many hours to spare before heading to the airport… there’s a vegan cafe at lobby too (woohoo… albeit very costly)

Couldn’t get device sharing to work when pairing phone or laptop to tv screen. Didn’t find a humidifier in bathroom.. so there’s a lot of condensation for a long time….. and the shower panel (see picture) was so narrow that the whole bathroom gets wet no matter how careful you try to keep the sink floor area dry. Keep towels n clothes far away from shower area.

-Twine- I enjoyed breakfast at Twine. The staffs were friendly and helpful. A warm conversation with a Cuban gentleman made me to read up on Cuba. All I could say is, I had good breakfast and great conversation. -Housekeeping- Patricia, Tok and Prakash were lovely and always made sure my room was clean. Tok never failed to give me extra water bottles. Patricia on the other hand, always very helpful and managed to find my lost item. -Front Desk- At reception, I was welcomed by a lad from Algeria. He made my check in easy and made sure I got Internet activated on my phone. Finally, I was sent off by an Egyptian young lady named Amal Sherif. She booked my taxi and sent me off with a warm smile. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed.

Definitely one of the more up-scale Ibis hotels that I've stayed at. Room was very clean and well furnished. Staff were also very friendly. Would recommend, espcially if you're looking for a place that's in a central location. On top of this, I asked for a late checkout and the front desk did not hesitate to grant me that. All-in-all good experience.

This is more of a design point for the bathroom but I thought I'd point it out anyway: the shower does, unfortunately, becomes a bit of a wetroom after using it. This can be a bit inconvenient, espcially if you're not used to it.

Very good location, 5 min walking from World Trade Center metro station, 2 metro stations far away from Burj Khalifa, 5 min walking from Museum of the Future, nice and modern lobby, good breakfast, shuttle to the beach, very polite and helpful staff, client oriented, especially Aymen, Ahmad, Akshay who helped me with late checkout request. Good price for the room, considering the area. Cleaning everyday and good isolation from the outside noise. Very polite cleaning staff as well. Few restaurants near the hotel at good prices. Good for short/medium stay.

Could improve the gluten free breakfast options and hygiene bathroom products. Bad isolation of the inside noise, you can hear other people talking :-/ Small room but good location, good price and nice staff compensate for all above.
