It was a very relaxing stay, we enjoyed it thoroughly. Staff were top notch at reception, smooth check in and check out. Pool was super nice with great view. The apartment was spacious and cleaned. Worth the money, will definitely coming back.

Proximity to.every leisure spot in the Ar Barsha neighborhood. Easy to pick up a taxi. The staff were cordial and always ready to be of help. Nutshell a good place for family esp those with young children.

The staff were amazing and attentive. The location was a perfect base. Close to lots of amenities and eateries. The hotel room was spacious and facilities were good for families. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The shower could be replaced and the spa facilities needed improvement. The jacuzzi was not hot and you had to wait for a member of staff to heat up sauna and stream room. Which I found slightly annoying.

Everything excluding pillow

Pillows in the bed are thick and cause neck to pain at times. I am personally not use to thick pillows.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was great from the time we enter the hotel and left. Excellent service from the reception staff, special mention for Pavan, Feras and Sazib, Najlae was equally kind and helpful upon check out. All our requests were taken care without any delay. Our apartment was huge and clean, all amenities were there, Wi-Fi was very good. Pool was very nice and relaxing. Location was excellent, easy to reach by car and also walking distance to Mall of the Emirates and Lulu. Overall, it was a perfect stay, thanks to the manager Mr. Kartik and his team, we will definitely stay here again.

Great location within walking distance of the Mall of Emirates, good breakfast. Many different restaurants, shops, and supermarkets around the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, namely Ayman, Ayaz, Feras, Grita, Charan, Divya Juoti and the swimming pool receptionist.

The management is the most welcoming management I have seen so far in any facility , Usually I am impressed with the reception team during check in but this facilty having nice reservation team , I would like to name Pavan who seems to be well experienced but maximum points goto Mr Hari as I havent seen such a welcoming manager in any other facility. The rooms are upgraded ,more comfortable and entertaining with new and cozy beds, large smart TV and excellent kitchenware.

Nothing specific I would say I didnt like , but i woud suggest giving a spare card for the room as it is summers.

Divya and Phyo (Receptionists) were the perfect blend of friendliness and efficiency. Every interaction with them was a delight. Traveling in a new place can be overwhelming, but Hassan (Travel Desk) made it effortless. From arranging itineraries to offering valuable tips, he turned our exploration into a breeze. Ajay (Bell boy) was always sporting a bright smile, and made sure our luggage was handled with care and was always on hand to assist with room needs, while Rezwan (Parking boy) and Faizan (Security) made parking effortless.
