We had an amazing experience at Paramount hotel. The rooftop pool was one of the highlights of our trip with such an awesome view. The staff was welcoming and professional. We highly recommend this hotel! It is very reasonably prices considering the location and amelities it provides. Just a recommendation for the other guests: the sunbeds in the pool area get filled very fast every day so you should be quite early if you want one.

The hotel surprised me with a birthday Cake 🎂. Very very wonderful. This, I will never forget and I will come back again. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful but unfortunately I forgot his name. The one who checked us in on10th at close to midnight. The housekeeper Asif was wonderful and kept the room clean. The movie themes are great and breakfast was very good. Allot of variety continental breakfast and and English. Actually all walks of life were catered for.

That they don't have complimentary shuttle services to Dubai mall or any beach.

I would give the hotel a 10 out of 10, if it wasnt for the little incident. So i give it an 8. Amazing views from the swimming pool. Most (see negative section) staff members were great and provided really high standard of service. Very professional and caring for the guests. The hotel is gorgeous, classy and artistic. A great choice if you need to be in midtown Dubai. Good value for money.

Front desk person, (i believe her name was Aya) approach to helping resolving a client's issue was less than acceptable. She showed the below wrongdoings: - Lack of knowledge on how to change a reservation name - Assertively repeating wrong information, even after being explained by the client she is not correct - Lack of empathy with the client issue, failing to understand that a client will not want to call Booking.com due mobile and network limitations - Stubbornness and rude facial expressions - Once manager proceeded with the system change, Aya did not even apologise for the error and continued with the defiant attitude. No need for that at all.

I loved this hotel - picked it due to pool pics - didn't realize it was tied to the Paramount Brand. So it exceeded expectations. The breakfasts buffet is exceptional.

Housekeeping folks need to be managed more - they missed details on a daily basis - like on a few days left only one large towel. Returned the robs in two days.

We arrived early not expecting our room to be ready but were delighted to be told it was, only to be disappointed when we were told an extra charge of 1 nights accommodation was payable for early check-in.

An excellent experience, I would like to say thank you to Asif, the excellent guy from the room service, a dear man who does his job as well as possible, the room was clean and everything was excellent, he brought me everything I asked for, worthy of praise and credit Asif, I would be happy if you even show him the message because he really deserves it Thank you, and thank you to the entire hotel staff, it was amazing. See you next time, that's for sure!

Rooms are spacious and clean, good bed, espresso coffee machine available. Most remarkable in my opinion, its main selling point, is the infinity pool on top of the roof at the 65th floor, with an amazing view at the ocean and the city, kept very clean, and of great size. The service of personnel at the pool and rooftop bar excellent.

When booking through Booking.com, I filled in 2 adults and 1 child of 9 years old. We found out when we arrived that the hotel assumed the child is sleeping in the bed together with the parents, there was no option to put in an extra small bed. For an extra bed, we had to upgrade to a suite, which would have been a very pricey option, even with the discount, so we didn't take this offer. Our experience so far with hotels is that there is a smaller bed for the child, but not here. Take notice if you have children and book a room here. Either sleep together in one bed, or book a suite or more rooms.

Totally everything was amazing.. From the day we checked in to check out was worth the experience. The SZR view is mind blowing and the pool is a must try with the burj khalifa view. The staffs were really polite and professional especially pool staffs and reception. It was our anniversary so they arranged all the set ups for us. Thanks to the whole team, I will highly recommend this to our friends and families.

Great view to Burj Khalifa, nice pool on the 64th floor and great room service (many thanks to Fawad) and Concierge. This really is a themed hotel and the stuff made us feel like stars. The breakfast buffet was perfect, combining a changing selection of traditional local dishes and international ones (Asian too). The room size was great (at Gulf Country standard).

The hotel is inside a DAMAC building, which didn’t designed the plumbing well. It takes some time for the water to get warm. I’m not sure if it’s about the property or the city: Even though Burj Khalifa is 1 km away, it is almost impossible to walk in that area, as the whole infrastructure is not designed for pedestrians. Moreover, the AC (almost everywhere in the city) was set up to 19*C and it took us two days to bring our room to bearable 22*C. My tip: as European if I’m coming in winter, I want to take advantage of the warm weather in Dubai 😉
