The location was excellent easy access from main thru routes I was very late arriving although I did inform the property, and there was still a warm welcome Very kindly my car wing mirrors were also tucked in, I found when I went to leave! :) The room was clean bed very comfy and shower room excellent with powerful shower Plentiful self serve breakfast and access to tea and coffee whenever you wished. Positioned near Aberdeen Airport and Conference Centre, this is a good address to have handy, business trip or pleasure Thank you for a wonderful stay.

There was nothing I did not like about Granville Guest House.

The host is a very helpful and pleasant with nothing being a bother. The location was perfect for me as in close proximity to venue I was going to. I enjoyed having a private bathroom.

The mattress was a bit soft for me and is maybe going to need replacing as when you lie in it there is a definite indentation that you lie in. There was a smell in the bedroom but not sure what it is. The toilet door is needing to be planed a bit as the door gets stuck on the floor when opening and closing.

The owner was so nice and friendly and I felt comfortable when staying here. He prepared a hair dryer for me as I requested, thank you. The house was located in near the train/bus station so it was easy to get there and also so quiet I had great nights.

I was struggling to use a shower as I wasn't used to using it there (I always get confused about using a shower when I travel X) ) and the shower stopped sometimes but it was acceptable.

The host was delightful. The location was handy for the station and in a pleasant area. There were a lot of cold breakfast options plus eggs and toast. The price was very good. The check in and out times were ideal and buffet breakfast was available whenever you wanted until checkout. There was a TV in the dining room.

The room was a little small. The bathroom door handle was awkward to open and needs fixing. I prefer a cooked breakfast, and tea making facilities in the room not downstairs but in view of the great price what was provided was acceptable..

A very well presented property, scrupulously clean, and our host (the owner) looked after us as if we were family. Well located, about 10 minutes drive from the airport. Breakfast facilities were excellent, and there is a pub within 5 minutes walk which serves excellent food and drinks. The tartan carpet at the property is a nice touch. Parking adjacent to the property was fine. I would come back here without hesitation if I am ever back in Aberdeen. a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

I felt like I was visitng a friend. The owner/operator is a lovely gentleman. He went out of his way to ensure client satisfaction and went the extra mile in ensuring my car was safe on the street and even closed the sideview mirrors when I had forgot.

needed somewhere to stay last minute, checked in at 10pm and well looked after by very kind host room was comfy and clean, private bathroom had electric shower which was good, breakfast was great too. Room sizes are all clear on booking.com and for the price this exceeded expectations. thank you!

Wasn't quite sure how to access when I saw the keypad at the front door as this was my first visit, but the doorbell quickly led to me being greeted and welcomed in.

Host was very welcoming. Place was absolutely brilliant. Nice clean and tidy. Very well presented. I cannot thank enough to the host. He served me with a complementary dinner. There was plenty of options for breakfast and variety of juices. Very well organised and well presented. Thank you very much for your warm welcome and impeccable service

Very kind, compassionate and surpassed all expectations. Sometimes you find a home outside of home and Granville was that for me. I become so comfortable that I found it difficult leaving. I would recommend this place as the best guest house I have seen.
