Everything! We flew over for our friends wedding and we more then happy with our room! Everything by was spotlessly clean, the beds where super comfy, honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The staff here are just fabulous, nothing is too much, and they are more than happy to advise you of the best places to visit around the area. The highlight of the weekend has to be meeting Nutmeg and Ginger the resident kittens, if I could have taken them home I would have done♥️

This place is a hidden gem. The grounds of the property are charming and well maintained. The main house is cozy and yet elegant at the same time. There were only a couple other people staying there at the time so we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. We booked a triple room but when we checked in the owners ended up giving us an extra room that was right by the other one. We didn’t eat dinner but did have dessert and breakfast which were amazing. Highly recommend you go just for the food. We told them how much we loved the homemade shortbread cookies and Fiona the owner gave us some extra ones to take when we checked out. I can’t recommend this place enough and wish I had spent more time there.

This accommodation is nestled by lovely in mature grounds with colourful flowerbeds, trees and plenty of outdoor seating. There was even a hen-house which kept the baby entertained. Both Dinner and breakfast were amazing; generous portions, tasty and well presented. I'd highly recommend this place for a night away. It was out 1st time travelling with an infant and the staff were so accommodating. Lovely to stay in a family run accommodation, full of charm and character.

Our host Geraldine was very welcoming & helpful. She was willing to keep the bar open for a short while if we arrived after closing time. Showing us to our room late at night. Breakfast was so fresh, eggs from their own hens, local bacon cooked to perfection as requested. Also loved being awakened by the sound of the rooster.

Small point but there was air in the pipes which rattled on for a while when the heating came on. Stairs were quite steep going to the 1st level, & we weren't made aware beforehand as my wife has bad knees. However, as the last room available it certainly did not spoil our stay & the room was lovely.

Without doubt one of the best Guesthouses we stayed at. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Gerard, one of the owners. The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant/bar very flexible (we appreciated it). We had lunch the first day and a few drinks both evenings. It is a family business with great attention to details: decoration, service, menu. We truly enjoyed the beautiful garden: it was a pleasure to sit down with a coffee in such a quiet and peaceful environment. All respect for the owners Gerard and Fiona who do a great job here; a true example of excellent hospitality!

I had been abroad a couple times prior, but my sister hadn't. Her dream was to go to Ireland and we included the UK as well. We chose Oramore because it was close to where we were going in Ballymena. What an amazing place it is! Customer Service is top notch, and it includes the owners and extended family. The meals were unique and flavorful. The service, the china, the little added extras were amazing and kept us smiling! My sister and I would highly recommend Oranmore and will definitely be back when we are in northern Ireland! One more thing...the people in Ireland are the friendliest bunch we'd every met!

That we only stayed 1 night with them! Next time, a week!

A beautiful hidden gem and perfect for a little getaway, breakfast was lovely but above all the staff were just exceptionally friendly and helpful. The highlight for us was meeting one of the little resident cats! The three legged cat absolutely won over our hearts and if we could've taken him home we would be back to get him in a heartbeat!

Oranmore is a family-run property, which makes you feel like you are staying in a home away from home. The staff are lovely and very attentive to guest needs. The food is exceptional, the location very good (walking distance to the train station with easy access to Derry or Belfast), and the rooms are peaceful and quiet. The chickens and gardens are an added bonus. Perfect property for couples, solos, and families.

Beautiful grounds and lovely setting. Easy to find. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Booked last minute, too.

The room was a bit small and very warm. A fan in the room would have been useful. We bumped into the corner of the bed a few times, and now we both have bruises on our shins. Needing more space around bed or a divan bed with a soft frame would be safer.

We had all breakfasts, and 4 dinners at Oranmore during our seven-day stay. All the food was well-prepared with quality ingredients, and plentiful. The service in every respect was efficient, pleasant, friendly and given with an eye to detail with genuine concern for customer satisfaction.

In our room, the Sheridan, a second bedside table is needed. The settee, intended for television watching, is too small for two people to sit in comfort.
