Even though we booked last minute, we found everything ready. The room was super clean, the bed very comfortable, the hosts very kind and helpful, with quick responses and all the necessary info we needed. Besides the very good breakfast provided in the cozy cafe downstairs, there is also available breakfast in the shared kitchen. Overall, I would totally recommend LWR Ormeau!

The only little drawback is that the bathroom and toilet are shared but they are very clean and we didn't have any issues with the other tenants.

Katrina, who checked us in was brilliant, the room and facilities were spot on for what we required, good choice of food outlets close by with convenience stores also on the doorstep. The fully stocked kitchen has a great chalkboard feature wall for guests to sign, it was fun sitting eating a takeaway pizza ready the locations people had visited from around the world, such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada & the US, all over Europe, it was a nice touch.

The location, on a busy thoroughfare in South Belfast, was absolutely fine, however, it was student freshers time and the place was really busy with new University students making a ridiculous amount of noise partying until the early hours. Not the fault of the guesthouse though and any other time this wouldn't be a factor.

Good communication prior to checking in. Attention to detail, making sure you have everything you need for your stay no matter how short. Lovely handmade soap bars. Continental breakfast in room that you can use for a minute snack if needed. Local bars so you don't have to walk too far home. Proximately to Queens Qtr. Felt safe as a solo traveller. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Pots of plants and colourful wallpaper make it very homely which suits me down to the ground, even on the windowsill outside. Feels like your staying in someone's guest room.

Great location, near lots of amenities and walking distance to city centre. I was able to order food to the door but I easily could have walked for food. My flight was delayed and I missed check in time but Thomas was really accommodating and left the key in a lock box for me. He was also quick to reply to messages. Kitchen is adorable and cosy. Very clean overall. Super comfy bed. Breakfast really well thought out. Powerful shower. Loved having the tea/coffee facilities in the room too. Plenty of charging points and WiFi. The room had a tv. Plenty of storage. Great choice for a quick break in Belfast! As a solo traveller it felt safe as I could lock my bedroom door with a key.

Relatively noisy due to high traffic outside my window. Dodgy blind that didn't open again once I had closed it. Floors are creaky so you can hear people move about.

Personally we found this to be a great location, not noisy in the middle of the city but only a 15 minute slow walk and you were in the centre so for us the best of both worlds. the room was lovely and tidy and even though it had shared bathroom/toilet facilities we never had to wait to be able to use them and they were spotlessly clean. Shared kitchen so you could use the main fridge (but also have one in your room) and as a bonus and this could have been because we checked out on the Sunday, in the kitchen were loads of different breads from the bakery downstairs which has an amazing selection of food

If I was being picky and really picky it would have been nice to have ensuite facilities, but as I said in the main bit, the facilities they had were great and we never had to wait to use them, plus you know this before you book.

The breakfast was lovely...porridge and cereal..bottled water etc..lovely shower, very warm everywhere. Really clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and I'm very fussy! The location was excellent, busses nearby. Will be back.

Only thing was ,and you'll laugh, there were a few plants and they were parched dry, so I watered them. Never got to visit your cafe as we were heading to the botanic garden and ran out of time.

All the staff were so friendly and happy. The bedroom was comfortable, the bathrooms were super clean and you can use the kitchen to cook. They also leave some treats for you im your room (small breads, juice, coffee, cream milk). I definitely enjoyed my stay and would come back!

The only thing that I would suggest is letting the guests known when the staff will come to clean/refill the bedroom. None of my personal belongings were moved, but I would prefer to know when someone is expected to enter the room. :)

Brilliant central location and a perfect set-up for us. This is self catering accommodation with a spacious kitchen, and lots of bread/cereals/yoghurt provided for breakfast. We had been touring Ireland for a couple of weeks staying in hotels and B&B accommodation. It was so nice (and kind to our waistlines) to skip the cooked breakfasts for a couple of days! The staff were extremely friendly, the place was very clean, the beds were comfy and we could easily walk to major sites of interest. If you're on a tight budget this is the perfect place to stay.

The rooms do not have en-suite bathrooms but there was a bathroom nearby and available whenever we needed one. The decor is a little old and tired but this does not impact on comfort or cleanliness so is not a major issue.

Very comfortable stay. I like the mini fridge inside the room which they refill with pan au, water, juice and even cereals yogurts and fruits daily. Kitchen is right outside my room as well. Bathroom is shared but it's very spacious and the water was hot and pressure is good. There's also free pads and tampons for guests. Location was not very near to the center by walking but via bus is only 7 mins so it's fine.

Room design is old style and the heater doesn't work very well but all the amenities are there and overall I had a comfortable stay.

Room was bright clean and tidy - Very big ! Kitchen was next door which had everything required for a reasonable length of stay including a washing machine. Selection of nibbles for breakfast (continental style) Good amount of sockets for a sleep aponea maching also (big consideration as I am a sufferer)

One small tiny gripe - Towels ! As this property has a shared bathroom and toilet - you do have to make your way to them in the morning - Larger towels please ! I'm not the biggest person but I could have scared a lady guest !!
