Lovely old world small hotel in the centre of Bridgwater. Room size very ample for a single room and decent shower all very clean. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Staff and very nice and accommodating. Nice restaurant attached and food all home cooked and good value for money.

Lots of stairs and this comes with the charm of the building. No lift but staff can assist to carry your bags. Really lovely too that staff walk you to your room on check in. The room lovely as it was overlooked a courtyard and weekend nites can be noisy from bar below but as a guest you are made aware of noise disturbance. Again staff think of everything and provide ear plugs. But if you stayed in the hotel and had a few drinks in the bar below noise wouldn't be an issue.

Absolutely fantastic staff. Genuinely family run and all the better for it! Could not be more welcoming or attentive if they tried. Restaurant is superb. Real home cooked quality dishes. Kleftiko and Greek potatoes were amazing. Our server told us it was just ready and it came oven fresh and delicious. The home-made carrot cake was outstandingly good! We will be travelling to and from Cornwall frequently this year from London, and we intend to stop halfway for the night every time just to spend a night there and enjoy the restaurant. This establishment would be successful in any part of the country. Big chains, etc, just can not mimic genuine places like this. Exceptional.

The only thing we didn't like was the rest of Bridgwater!! Just stay in the hotel and enjoy it!

Excellent. The hotel's food offering were plentiful. Starting with breakfast, it was excellent in taste and value for money. The reception staff, principally interacting with the awesome Amanda, were very friendly and professional.

Not applicable. Regarding breakfast, the food and the service- I don't see any way to have improved. The staff/servers were constantly on top of any requests and guests' needs. We will be Vlogging about this hotel, a full 4K tour will be available from mid Feb 2024 on our YouTube channel: http://youtube.com/innocentsabroad/?sub_confirmation=1

The room was charming and nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. We loved the spa tub as well. The food was delicious; we enjoyed the dining area each morning for breakfast and dinner at night. Great food selection and tasty options as well. Every staff person we encountered was kind, professional and lovely to speak with. We really had an excellent stay.

The streets were noisy at night but nothing really to be done about that. The hotel was kind to provide ear plugs to help with the situation.

The Tudor is in the centre of Bridgwater and has plenty of character, the room was compact but clean and tidy with all the standard facilities. The restaurant serves a good selection of traditional meals which are very tasty and reasonably priced, the breakfast also has a very good selection of options. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The parking options at the Hotel are limited as there is no car park close by, so you are reliant on street parking with time limits. The Wifi was adequate by did drop away on a couple of occasions.

It was situated in the centre of town so walking out to have a meal or a drink was very easy.

There is no car park so you have to either park on the road and try and work round the parking restrictions or find a suitable car park. Some of the rooms overlook the courtyard of the pub next door and they do warn you that it might be a bit noisy before closing time. I had such a room but I did not find the noise particularly intrusive. It's an old building and there are a few stairs to negotiate to get to some of the rooms. Buildings of that era do not have lifts.

Lovely hotel in the centre of town, great free parking after 6pm a few meters away. Felt very safe. The hotel staff can’t do enough for you e.g if u can’t make breakfast they offer to give you a takeaway meal, restaurant wasn’t open till Wednesday but they still offered homemade burgers so you don’t go hungry. Room cleaned everyday, spotless and warm, great shower, extra blankets, Netflix etc. The attached pub is great with really nice food/staff. 100% recommend.

The only minor thing is as it’s an old building it can be a bit creaky if you’re a light sleeper, but they do provide earplugs even though it wasn’t loud enough for me to use them. Will 100% stay again.

Very clean and tidy room, which was huge by the way, comfy bed, owner was really jovial and helpful and good hearty breakfast with loads of coffee and tea. Very quirky place in itself almost as though many houses have been stuck together, must have a very interesting history

Altough they said no onsite parking was available, finding any was a trial but we did get parked on street nearby in the end. It is a busy street and noisy until late and early morning but they did provide ear plugs :-)

Bill offered me the warmest welcome. A true gentleman. He was very polite and helpful. The Tudor hotel is a characterful building with quirky features. The small single room had everything you need. Very clean and well presented. Breakfast menu had lots to offer and morning staff were lovely.

I was in room 5. The creaky floorboards in the room above disturbed me all night long 😔constantly creaking whether it was other guests walking around or just caused by when they turned over in bed but the creaking was all night long. Such a shame because the room was lovely but unfortunately the ear buds supplied didn't work!! 😴

I resevered my room and expected to arrive in the afternoon but having driven from Plymouth to Manchester back to Plymouth then up to Bridgwater the M6 especially made sure that didn't happen so i didn't get there till about 9pm. When I did actually arrive i was met at reception by a member of staff who should of finished her shift but she stayed late for the sole purpose of having someone there to welcome me which i thought was such a lovely thought and i thank her for that. At breakfast, again the staff were very nice and very helpful even going as far as to recommend things i could do with my 9 yr old son as that was my purpose for being in Somerset. Over all lovely staff comfy clean room and bed. Also they didn't rush me to book out the next morning either as so many hotels do. Thank you to all the staff and i would definitely stay there again

Parking could of been a problem with it being a town centre but i eventually got a space right outside after driving around a few times.
