Good place to rest and relax after a heavy day of sightseeing, even though it was supposed to be in a very lively and noisy part of town, we had no issue with noise at all. Moreover, the room was well stocked with complimentary tea and coffee, which is a good bonus.

We met no member of staff at all, the place was completely automated. Not even at reception or check in, or even check out, no one. It made me a bit uncomfortable as I could put a face to the establishment and if there was an issue that needed solving, the only option was online and that did not fill me with confidence.

What a lovely stay in Brighton! I had such an excellent time staying in this hotel. For the cost I paid, this place could have arguably been worth two to three times more. It is just a stone's throw away from the sea front, offered us great motorcycle parking just up the road, and even has a podcasting room for YouTube and other social media. My bed was comfy, clean, and accommodating. Wi-Fi speeds were good and I didn't have any problems connecting with anyone on the internet. Furthermore, it is very close to shopping and other centrally located landmarks in Brighton, including the pier.

I really really can't fault this place for anything. The only thing I could complain about was the smell that came from a shower drain, which is anyone's guess. However, this did not affect my stay and I still had a great time.

As a big fan of upcycling, loved the elegant room decorations. The area was great, very close to the beach. Beds were very comfortable, room spacious and airy. The owners were very accomodating and friendly. I would return again.

Nothing that I could think worth mentioning after a nice stay at value for money.

Really nice decor in our room that was a decent size, with a small yet suitably sized bathroom. The location is absolutely perfect, getting you to the seafront in 2 mins or the lanes in 10. Our room was top floor and we came during a heatwave, but luckily a fan was provided and switched on for us prior to check-in which was a huge help. Check in and out was easy with codes given before stay, staff seemed friendly when we did see them which was a rarity, but there if needed. Room had a fridge which was a great touch, aswell as having Netflix on the TV. Wi-Fi was good and fast.

Bathroom was quite small but this is expected.

Staff member we spoke to was lovely, and the location and value for money was great. Bed was comfortable and a fan was already in the room to help with the warm weather. You can tell the staff and owners care about the guests, items in the room and layout was well thought out. Great access to plug sockets/ mirrors. Really clean room and bathroom. Mini fridge in the room was a welcome bonus.

The toilet was broken in our room, flush was damaged. We let the staff member on shift know and they quickly went to check it for us. It worked once and then stopped again, maintenance was made aware but could only come after we had left. Because of the locks on the room doors they slam loudly when closed, could hear others slamming through the day/night, light sleepers may find disturbing. Recommend contacting the hotel directly if you have accessibility issues, we had a room on the top floor so lots of stairs

We liked pretty much everything - we had room on 1st floor, there was mini fridge, two glasses, two spoons and cups. Tea, coffee and electric kettle. The bathroom was rather small, but clean and sufficient for two-three nights. We were there in October and the rooms were very well heated. It was well located - close to groceries, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants, and close to the old town and beach as well.

It is a small detail, but the wash-basin in bathroom was quite small, it was a bit challenge to clean the teeth or wash the face. But we managed.

The location was brilliant! Very convenient for the seafront and for the town. Unfortunately I left my iPhone charger in the room, initially this wasn't found but after explaining exactly where I had left it, it was and for a small fee it was posted to me. The hotel were very helpful with this and I cannot fault them.....The Post Office were not quite so efficient and would should have taken a couple of days took ten - BUT THIS WAS NOT THE HOTEL'S FAULT!

I struggle with the automatic room keypad BUT the hotel sent someone to assist and they were there in under ten minutes for which I was very grateful. I still don't know what I was doing wrong as the maintenance man had no trouble and seemed to be doing exactly the same as me. This is my only concern were I to book again as I would be anxious that this would happen again and I loved my room!

Location of hotel was perfect and a short walk from bars, restaurants and Brighton Pier. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean - cannot fault this. Checking in is simple with a key code given to you before you arrive. An excellent place to stay. Would have no hesitation in booking this again.

Whole stay was enjoyable, my only negative comment was the mattress (room 9) could do with upgrading. It was a bit uncomfortable. Probably OK for a one night stay but I was there for three nights and my back ached after the 3rd night. Other than that the hotel and rooms are excellent. This would not put me off booking again.

Location was amazing so close to the beach and also lot of cafes and restaurants from a less touristy part of the town. Very snuggly bedding and room was very well decorated ( well I was lucky I was the first one to try the room with patio on the ground floor who was all modern) Good communication with the team to solve minor issues It was not so noisy as the other comments were saying . You could hear the front door of the hotel sometimes clicking and people going up the stairs but nothing major . The street was very quiet outside.

Very cute and cosy well designed room with character! The generous sized fridge is an added bonus! Loved the lighting and how it can be dimmed and the wall art and twinkly lights.

Felt uncomfortable that the windows didn't fully open and felt it's a health and safety issue if there was a fire and needed to escape through the window. The toliet being in the shower! When shower on full power it's starts to flood! The shower itself is very good! Plenty of hot water and good power adjustments.
