Very clean and comfortable bed..staff were friendly and helpful

Room was very small, breakfast not available until 9.00.Burford has a bad traffic problem, so parking at the hotel can be difficult during the day as you have to use time limited on street parking. Ok after 5.00 pm.

The tea rooms were perfectly located on the high street of Burford. We were lucky enough to park opposite, for free all day and night. The room was small but had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. The food in the tea rooms was discounted by 20% as we were residents. We had an exceptional ice-cream in the afternoon and a large tasty breakfast the morning after.

The rooms face directly on to the patio. I needed to get ready for a wedding and there was a party of tourists having afternoon tea right outside. There was a heavy curtain we could draw but obviously there was no natural light. Perhaps a net curtain could be installed for a little more privacy. This did not however, spoil our stay. We would certainly stay again .

Perfect room, had anything I could think of needing, including a fan. Breakfast is served within the same venue and one does get a discount as their customer. The avocado on sourdough was truly amazing but I do recommend having it with scrambled eggs instead of poached as the first morning there was some water retained in one of the eggs that made the the toast soggy. The room was immaculate, check in process could not be simpler, and the price definitely was amazing compared to everywhere else, but also worth the money.

Room, although small, had everything we needed and was beautifully clean. The style was contemporary and the shower, in particular, was excellent. The overall price excluded breakfast but a full English could be purchased for £10 in the tearoom. Coffee was extra. Tea and coffee making facilities were also provided in the room and the TV offered an extensive selection of different channels. The free wifi was also very good.

The room was very hot in the night. Unfortunately we could not see a way to adjust the temperature. Would have appreciated a light over the bathroom mirror. Otherwise the accommodation was excellent.

I was astonished with the quality of the build, it was immaculately put together, the shower was ace, the tiling in the bathroom was faultless, I thought it was boarding until I enquired, the workmanship is faultless.. The room was ample for our needs, and exactly as stated on the Web feed. The bed, was superb...comfortable, clean and ample room...if you want a simple, clean and comfortable stay..this is it.

Nothing to dislike ,maybe, just maybe, there are no views of the cotswolds, you are based in the rear garden of the tea rooms, which could be awkward if you want total privacy as the tables are outside the window...,as for the stay itself ,no issues at all for us..but I would imagine some folk wouldn't like the interference of the tea room visitors...

The room was absolutely spot on for work it had everything I needed. A desk and plenty of plug sockets for using my iPad and laptop. A well, stocked tea tray and also an iron and ironing board. They have really thought about everything. Great nights sleep and I felt warm and cosy. Highly recommend!

Obviously it would have been nice to have had its own car park but I found a space in the road to park so not really an issue. More of a wish. Also the public car park literally just down the road.

All was excellent, as normal. This is our third visit, and this time we brought family with us. Room clean and tidy, courtyard garden kept immaculate, and hosed down every evening. Great choice breakfast available, and coffee and cake to die for!! If your a Jeremy Clarkson fan, good location to visit Diddly Squat Farm Shop, (20 mins drive) or the Farmers Dog (5 mins drive)

There are no negatives to this property. Justin and his team always give second to none service.

Gorgeous tranquil courtyard, central location to the village, cute clean rooms with nice decor. Excellent coffee. Chilled vibe. Good value relative to the area.

Rooms are very small - more comfortable for those travelling light. Kettles could do with regular descaling and cleaning. Toilet seat lid has a mind of it's own. The lovely courtyard is also for tearoom customers after 10am ish so the tranquility and peace of the rooms/courtyard would be gone from then until closing time in nice weather.

Lovely friendly staff, georgous setting. Our room wasn't particularly big, but it was very nice and clean, and had all the required essentials. We could also check in from 12.00 do was a big bonus for us. We did get a bit hot at night, but we did have hot summers evenings during our stay. Breakfast was extra, but came with 20% discount for residents, and was lovely..

Having the windows open onto the coffee terrace reduced the privacy, but we did have blinds to compensate..

The rooms are well sized and always clean and well presented. The location in the heart of Burford is ideal for short trips to the area, for work or pleasure. The staff are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate, for example, I often have to check in after the tea rooms have shut, and they always make sure that I have all the information and access I need before they leave.

Unfortunately (for me, not for them), as there are only a handful of rooms, you need to book early to guarantee a place to stay. With my schedule of travel frequently changing, this isn't ideal. But if you're booking well in advance this won't be an issue.
