Ideally situated close to all amenities and places to eat. Wanted to visit National Arboretum and Black Country museum, both easy to get to. Accomodation clean and comfortable, water pressure in taps took some getting used to quite a lot lower than used to but perfectly adequate. Had slight problem with water leak, reported and sorted straight away, brilliant. Car parking a bit tight if you had a large car but nicely placed right outside property, enjoyed and would use again if going to that area. All in all enjoyed.

Nothing really everything required was there.

My own off-road parking space, my own front door plus kitchen, shower room and toilet, wardrobe for hanging space, large double bed, sofa, armchair and footstool and a big television. Apartment is very central to shops Cafes restaurant pubs and also about a 10 minute walk to the theatre.. however not so close that you were disturbed by crowds.

I was initially nervous because I’m used to hotels where there is a receptionist. However, a young gentleman (named Gareth) in their office texted me and was there if I had any queries. I am unable to share a picture because I only took a video and this page is not allowing me to share a video of the apartment… However, the apartment was clean and neat and tidy.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time we had a whole apartment this time we had a bedroom bathroom kitchen. Everything you need for short stay. The place is very clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Not fair from cannock high street for shops and pubs. We took a train into Birmingham for comdy night, and they are hourly until late. Would highly recommend. Not met the host but spoke on text and seem very nice. Would stay here again for sure.

You do have to give deposit for property on the day of arrival but we have got it back both times without any issues and very quickly.

The location was great for our purpose. Access is easy and the Studio Apartment is on the ground floor, so no stairs to climb. It has everything you would need for a short stay, from kettle to towels, iron to television, comfortable bed and shower cubicle. The bedding and towels were clean. There is sufficient parking onsite for all three apartments, but it is a little tight to get in and out.

Although the apartment appeared very clean, there is a smoky and musty smell to this studio. Clearly someone in the past did not heed the "no smoking' rule. And as it is on the ground floor, it doesn't feel safe to leave a window open when going to bed. There is a nightclub not far and next doors Domino Pizza has not consideration of emptying bottles into their bottle bank at nearly minding The sheets, duvet cover and towels were clean, but there were some bleach stains on the towels. There was no toilet brush and the toilet paper could be of a slightly better quality

The property was clean and tidy, and had everything you needed in it to cook with. Although we didn’t use these facilities, as we went out for food. Also i liked that there were towels to use, and you didn’t have to take your own.

I would have given a 10, the only reason I gave a 9 was that it wasn’t the actual property I had booked. I had booked the deluxe studio apartment, but the one we were given wasn’t that one. The one we were given didn’t have outside seating space, this wasn’t much of a big deal as we were only staying one night. If we had of stayed longer, the outdoor space would have been nice.

All instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. The kitchen had everything you would need, from kettle to toaster, and even a washing machine. The bed was particularly comfortable with clean and fresh linen. Excellent location for our purpose and although there seemed to be a sports bar and some loud music just around the corner, once you were in the property you could not hear them.

Very steep stairs up to the first floor. Not a problem for us but some people might struggle to navigate luggage and themselves. The shower cubicle is a little on the small side but water pressure and overall cleanliness excellent

Clean and spacious with a nice kitchen to prepare meals. It truly is a nice apartment. I was only there for one night so didn't explore the area, but I had a very pleasant evening cooking a nice meal and a good nights sleep after a long day. Would recommend.

Nothing particularly to be critical about, location is very central within a busy town so you do get traffic noise but its not excessive. Apartment felt safe and almost a home from home. There are good facilities for shopping within 5 mins.

Great stay! I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment due to carpet cleaning in the studio space I booked. This was communicated fairly last minuted but wasn't a problem. Arrival, parking, communication were all super easy. The space was larger than expected and extremely clean and tidy. I did think the £150 deposit was a tad steep with the scuffs and minor damages to furniture around the apartment. Location is great, close walk to the station if you're planning on travelling into Birmingham and on the same road as the local pubs. Despite being on the roadside and close to the pubs though, it was quiet and easy to sleep! The mattress was very firm which I personally prefer but something to bear in mind. Would definitely stay again! Thanks! :)

Still waiting for my deposit back but it's only 2pm on the proposed day of transfer.

The apartment was cosy, lovely and clean, had a lovely bed and all the facilities you need. It was in walking distance of local bars, cafes and shops. Over all a lovely place, would highly recommend to friends and family.

The parking is a little bit tight at times, as you have to reverse onto a bend in the road, but other drivers will oblige and let you out. And the host is more than happy to let you park on other car park opposite if there's space so its not a problem.

A nice little apatrtment with a kitchenette, fairly comfy bed and was in a good clean condition when I arrived.

When I booked I did not know that the host wanted a deposit of £150 before your stay, the same message was resent to me several time asking to pay it, even after it had been paid. I re checked the booking and low down on the apartment information it is mentioned. The pictures do not show you which apartment you have booked, so it was not as I expected from the booking, the furniture is a bit on the cheap side and not very strong, it advertises a TV with major straming service like NETFLIX, the TV in the apartment is an old one with no internet connectivity so just digital channels, luckily I carry a 5m HDMI cable which I had to use accross the room. The seating area was just a chair with a rickety table which I was too scared to use. The kitchenette while ok had no Knives for food prep.
